Sunflower Hotel & Residence Serviced apartment

The description was inaccurate; there were no landmark views as advertised. The room faced a residential building, which wasn't a great view. Breakfast options were limited, and by 8:30 AM, nothing had been refilled. If you came down a bit later, there wasn't much left to choose from. However, the service and facilities themselves were fine.

Location: 4.0 Service: 4.0 Cleanliness: 4.0 Facilities: 4.0 The transportation is excellent, and the location is great, very close to several office buildings. It's an apartment-style hotel, requiring a key card to access the upper floors, and the front desk service is very good. The main highlight is the duplex room type. However, there's a downside: it's quite a struggle to carry luggage upstairs. Rooms below the 35th floor are quite old and haven't been renovated. The air conditioning unit (or perhaps the outdoor unit?) is extremely noisy. Rooms above the 35th floor have been renovated; everything is new, and the environment is much better, though there's a slight odor. Still, the same issue persists with the duplex rooms – carrying luggage upstairs is a hassle.

The rooms are great, please keep up the good work. I always stay here. The only thing is that the drinks in the mini-fridge have been removed; I hope they bring them back. Everything else is excellent, and it's quiet at night, with good soundproofing and all.
