Hotels in The MIXC Shenzhen and KK100, Shenzhen

Room is fine, modern, clean and mostly silent. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Checkin was smooth and fast. However, we mainly booked this stay because it promotes to have 1) a gym and 2) a huge video system. Turns out the gym is non existent or cannot be used yet (January 2025) and the video system can only be used by Chinese users - it does not offer any English speaking videos and can only connect to ”Asian” devices/ services; no Apple, nor Android, no Youtube, no Netflix. Apart from that there was a lot of noise from some constructions in the building during the day, but that was also clearly stated in the description and no issue for us. Finally, there was an awful sewage stink in the bathroom , probably from one of the sinks. Overall okay, but exactly what was promised. 

There are many choices of restaurants in the neighborhood, very close to Hongling Station, attentive service, foot massage machines in the rooms for 20 minutes free of charge, as well as air purifying several and heating units. The most important thing is that the hotel according to the check-in time 24 hours after check-out.

It was a runaway trip with my spouse before the end of summer holiday. I have to be completely honest to you, we chose this hotel for its low price, and location, i.e. close to 'Old Street' and shopping malls. As other people said, it is not a 'hotel' and more like a serviced apartment. But it was not a problem for us. You got what you paid for. You got a room and buffet style breakfast for $400 only, I found the deal perfect. The cleaning lady Ms Chan was super nice. She made our room spotlessly clean and tidy. Highly recommended for budget-travellers.

To be honest their staff service is excellent. If for the staff I would definitely come back as they are super nice, and you can communicate with the staff using Wechat which is very convenient, and they always try their best to accommodate the guests need. however, they’re cleanliness is the worst I’ve ever encountered, first of all ,what one of the guest said the review about the smell, the room  smell really really bad, I guess it from the water or the air circulation which is not clean, which causes the smell in the room, I’ve already asked them to try to do something about the smell, however they cannot, I have bought a lot of Dettol and bleach, to try to clean the room by myself, I literally use an hour to clean the whole room, however after a few hours the room went back to the terrible smell, I suspected it is there air circulation.  also, their air-conditioning has a leaking problem as well, and it has been leaking a smell of vinegar, I suspected they use vinegar to clean the air conditioning. I’m a professional traveller, as I travel around the world as a cabin crew, the smell of the hotel is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. I have been finding hair fingernails around the room which dont belong to me.  so I think the hotel need to improve on the cleanliness. 整體上，我想講，喺客戶服務方便，佢哋係做得好好，客人好多嘅要求佢哋都盡量滿足，亦都好盡量去幫手，我覺得客戶服務係非常之好，但係酒店嘅清潔就係好似好多住客所講，間房係有一浸異味，嗰陣異味係好奇怪，係好臭嘅，我已經叫咗佢哋上嚟清潔，我自己都買咗漂白水同埋滴露洗咗成間房一個鐘，但係嗰浸味其實都喺度，所以我覺得係應該係成個空調系統係有問題，同埋我喺樓梯嗰度見到有不明嘅手指甲，同埋浴缸嗰度係有其他人唔知邊個嘅頭髮，我覺得地板佢唔算好污糟，都算乾淨嘅，但係真係嗰陣異味係好難頂，所以我哋本來都係訂咗兩晚嘅酒店房，我哋都自己算了，留咗一晚就算了，因為實在太難聞浸味，所以如果好介意有臭味嘅，應該就唔好去了，間酒店係好高樓底，入到去房間係有空間咁嘅，但係真係臭到頂唔順😂 大家自行考慮會唔會選擇 地理位置亦屬於好嘅，大約1分鐘都唔使就可以去到地鐵站，佢唯一嘅缺點就係好臭，同埋間房唔夠乾淨會有頭髮同手指甲，酒店員工係好好好好人嘅，但係空調嗰度都係有同一個問題漏水，一開着，就漏晒啲水出嚟，嗰啲水係有白醋味好古怪，但係唔知點解係啡色嘅啲水，所以我哋都好驚

The services are great. However, the hotel location is difficult to find as the hotel is located in another building. We solved it by contacting customer service, and they guide me step by step. Good services. The attached photo is the building location.

A very satisfying experience and very cost-effective. The parent-child room costing more than 500 yuan a night was upgraded to a two-bedroom and one-living room. The spaces are independent and spacious. When you are tired from playing, you can lie down on the sofa, make tea and watch TV. It is very comfortable. The facilities are considerate and complete, and the bedding is brand new and white. Afternoon tea and laundry services are also provided, and fruit biscuits are provided in the evening. Thumbs up!

We spent a lot of time to check in since the front desk cannot find our booking. The front desk staff free us the hotel breakfast. However, she did not mark it. The restaurant staff told us that breadfast were not inclusive for our rooms, making us embarrassing at that moment.

Old school hotel in Shenzhen that has a long history. Located close to two metro stations. Easy commute to Lowu border and other major tourist sites/malls nearby. Front desk was very nice and helpful because we had some trouble using the hotel WiFi. The facilities of the hotel were quite old but maintained relatively well. Our rooms did not have fridges though which was annoying. Overall it was a nice stay.

A Wonderful Stay at Noa hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in the hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and helpful attitudes. Check-in was quick and seamless, which was a lovely start to my stay. The hotel is beautifully located close to subway station, next to big shopping mall, offering stunning views and easy access to everything needed. My room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water, tea & snacks. Every morning, I enjoyed my tea, a perfect way to start the day! The amenities at the hotel are top-notch. What truly stood out was the attention to detail from the staff. They were always available to answer questions and made me feel valued throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful city getaway. I can’t wait to return.

Even though everybody says that hotel is so old, it wasn’t bad, the rooms are spacious and soundproof, also the location is fantastic close to nice shopping, malls and café. The bed is very comfy actually I had a good sleep there. except that it seems like in every Chinese hotel cleaning ladies will wake you up with their loud walkie-talkie or other guests will be yelling outside the door, but this is the problem of their mentality. You need to be ready for that if you’re traveling to China
