The hotel was excellent! It's newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and smartly managed. The location is superb, just 200-300 meters from Guomao Metro Station and very close to Luohu Port, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The breakfast was also great. It offers fantastic value for money. My flight was delayed due to heavy rain, and when I requested a late check-out, the hotel staff kindly accommodated my request without any hesitation. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

With summer vacation over, I finally had some time to myself to unwind and enjoy life. The lovely lady at the front desk kindly gave me a free upgrade to a negative ion sleep room, which was fantastic! I slept soundly all night. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient, just 5 minutes away from Dongmen and Kingglory Plaza. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Luohu Port. Highly recommended!

St Regis SZ is a fantastic spot, really great atmosphere, beautiful views, and great decor & rooms. The lift going straight from the 1st floor to 96th is fun, and then views from the lobby area are gorgeous. The bar is also pretty good, I'd recommend sitting at the bar which I think is more fun than the tables which people try and wait for the views; often you'll have people walking in and around to try and get photos which can be annoying. The rooms are really nice and comfy, and the bathroom is fantastic. One suggestion I'd have is to give bubble bath along with the bath salts.

The air conditioning unit isn't a central system, but you can control both its temperature and fan speed. The bathroom featured a good wet/dry separation and even had a heated toilet seat. The staff were friendly and helpful, and complimentary bottled water was available in the hotel lobby. The only minor drawback was the elevators, which were often busy, leading to slightly longer waiting times.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room size is good for couple persons. Washroom clean and rommy. Lundary is free selfservice. Nearby has a very good Dim Sum restaurant. Love to visit his hotel again.

The Easy Comfort Hotel Luohu is situated in the vibrant Luohu commercial district. Its location is incredibly convenient, with the metro station just a 5-minute walk away, making it ideal for both business trips and leisure travel. The hotel's overall design is minimalist and modern. The lobby is bright and spotless, creating an excellent first impression. Rooms are a good size with a thoughtful layout and comfortable bedding. Some higher-floor rooms even offer scenic city views. The bathroom facilities are quite new, and the wet/dry separation design is highly practical. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, responding promptly to requests. The surrounding area boasts excellent amenities, with a wide array of dining options, convenience stores, and supermarkets. Several shopping malls are also within walking distance.

I had specifically booked a room with breakfast, and to my delight, we received a complimentary room upgrade during check-in. The room was incredibly spacious, and we even found a fresh fruit platter waiting for us. This truly showcased the high service standards one would expect from a well-established hotel. The room itself was spotless. As for the breakfast, it definitely lived up to the rave reviews; it was easily one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I've ever experienced. It had a wonderful, authentic atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was thoroughly impressed and extremely satisfied!

An established 4-star hotel that's impeccably clean. I was even upgraded to a deluxe room for free, with a unique view directly overlooking Deng Xiaoping's portrait! The location is fantastic for exploring, with the subway entrance right at the doorstep. There are countless dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Plus, they have EV charging points and convenient parking!
