I was planning to go to Hong Kong the next day, and it was very convenient to go through customs here. The hotel service is very good. There is also a little housekeeper brother wearing glasses who sent me to the room. I think it is very considerate. The window is also very large. There are many places to eat around. I like to eat the pork trotter rice across the road. It is really delicious. There is a washing machine in the room~ Recommended

The lobby of Shengang Haoyuan Building is at the sixth floor. The front desk is right at the elevator. The subway entrance is not very close, but not far away. 700 meters is not far away. It is impossible to say that it is the hotel. That would be too fake, haha. The main thing is that it is easy to find. Just walk straight along Honggui Road and Baoan South Road. The lobby of Swan Love is very spacious and grand. When I came, there were many people and the front desk was busy, but they saw me and asked me to sit on the sofa for a while. It was very good and polite. They didn't ignore me because they were busy. I booked a room with a bathtub and a projection screen. After checking in, the front desk also said that there was a customer service contact and WIFI account and password on the back of the room card. There was also the hotel's takeaway address below, haha, which saved me from looking for it. It was really good. After entering the room, I felt pretty good. I saw the big bathtub at a glance. It was very conspicuous. I inserted the card and found that it was automatic curtains. It was very good. In addition, the front desk can still call the smart voice control Xiaodu to control the curtains, lights, screen projection, and music. The big projection screen is also great. Watching movies is very fast. It can also support mobile phone projection. There are also disposable items in the room, which are very sturdy. I stayed in this hotel brand for the first time for two nights and was very satisfied. The only difference is that the sound insulation in the room is poor. I can hear the voices of the neighbors talking continuously when I rest at night. Breakfast is on the sixth floor. The restaurant is large and clean with enough varieties. There are vegetables and freshly cooked noodles and rice noodles. The service is good. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are all good, warm and polite. They try their best to meet any needs. The room cleaners and the aunties who clean the dining table in the restaurant clean the rooms and the restaurant very hard. The hotel is new, the lobby is spacious and bright, and there is a coffee machine for free. Very excellent hotel with friendly staff Mr Luo Ming who check in for us and explained good details of the surrounding of the area for site visit. Besides, they give us a late check out at 2pm so that we could arrange our day afterwards. Definitely come back again for our next visit.

Really enjoyed this place. Many nice touches. Why can't more places have in room foot massage devices, REAL plants, gold laced robes and surprise evening snack?! Old world 5 star style for 4 star price. Also many good spas in the neighborhood. Only minor issue was front desk couldn't convert USD but other than that I really enjoyed my stay and good to come back!

The hotel is not new, but still in decent condition. Very nice staff. For dinner there is a plate of fruits. The gym has basic exercise machines, the biggest plus is the location in the center of Shenzhen. The price is relatively democratic. I think I will come back here again,
