Excellent! Located near metro, shopping mall, dongmen pedestrian walk. Helpful and friendly staffs that assisted in receiving my packages. Love the interior and furniture in the hotel. Every part of the bathroom is functional, from heated towel rack to heated toilet and many functions for shower. Shower pressure is perfect and slippers is soft. There is a Smart AI speaker (xiaodu) in the room and a service robot that will send delivery directly to your room. As muslim couple, we ordered food delivery from halal restaurants on meituan and it is super convenient and fast. Taking the metro is much cheaper and faster than by taxi. Will definitely come back to stay and strongly recommend!

The reception is on the 11th floor, for some reason they don't have it marked anywhere. They are a bit disorganized, but they certainly try to please you and accept their mistakes. The GYM was not open due to remodeling. The organization should be done a little better!

The hotel’s location is quite strategic, as it’s close to Dongmen Street. However, the ongoing road construction nearby makes it inconvenient for walking. E-hailing drivers also avoid entering the area, so they only pick up or drop off passengers on the nearby main road. The front desk service is good, and the room service is excellent. However, our room was near the lift, and there was a noticeable smoking smell outside the room. The toilet also had a sewer smell. One confusing issue is the hotel’s name. It’s displayed as Gluck Hotel, listed as Leica Hotel on e-hailing apps, and called Laika Hotel on Trip.com. This inconsistency can make it difficult for guests to locate or identify the hotel. Overall, it’s a good hotel. There are a few high-class restaurants nearby, which is convenient if you don’t feel like traveling far for meals.

It was a runaway trip with my spouse before the end of summer holiday. I have to be completely honest to you, we chose this hotel for its low price, and location, i.e. close to 'Old Street' and shopping malls. As other people said, it is not a 'hotel' and more like a serviced apartment. But it was not a problem for us. You got what you paid for. You got a room and buffet style breakfast for $400 only, I found the deal perfect. The cleaning lady Ms Chan was super nice. She made our room spotlessly clean and tidy. Highly recommended for budget-travellers.

Absolute stunning hotel. Staff was absolutely incredible, from making very good coffee (im a coffee snob) to helping arrange a taxi. The best hotel I stayed in China. So I will be definitely back. Big tip for international travellers: beautiful design rooms and design lobby with high end coffee where you can read magazine , good internet.

The services are great. However, the hotel location is difficult to find as the hotel is located in another building. We solved it by contacting customer service, and they guide me step by step. Good services. The attached photo is the building location.

Perfect for what we wanted, metro right outside, although not a convenient station in terms of connectivity. Location itself doesn't have alot of retail, need to walk a bit before funding the usual stuff.

The hotel is better than expected. There is a full-length mirror in the living room and a large toilet. The wide mirror is a girl's favorite. If you order takeout, you will be notified by phone and the robot will deliver it to your door. It's awesome! The front desk service is very good. The front desk staff has a very good attitude. If you have any questions or information, they will answer them in detail. At night, the front desk lady will personally bring us an extra quilt. It is considerate. It is a hotel worth staying in again!

During my recent stay at the Great Wall Hotel in Shenzhen, I found my experience to be quite satisfying overall. The hotel maintains very high cleanliness standards; both the rooms and corridors were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel is perfect, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. It’s situated in a prime area with easy access to local attractions, dining, and transportation. However, I did encounter an issue that was somewhat frustrating. The hotel requires a deposit of 200¥ for one night, which is quite unusual for hotels of this stature. Furthermore, there is a significant lack of clarity regarding the return of this deposit. When asked, the staff could not provide a definitive timeline, mentioning it could take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. This uncertainty can be quite troublesome for guests who need the funds promptly after their stay. Despite this inconvenience, the overall experience at the Great Wall Hotel was positive. I would recommend it for the comfort and convenience it offers, but potential guests should be aware of the deposit policy.

Great location, very clean and new. Great designs. The people in this hotel are super friendly. The laundry room is my favorite. BTW, great food for breakfast. Will definitely come back.
