Room cleanliness was mid. AC was not on when I checked in and it was alr got so checking into a humid room was not the best feeling. The room also didn't smell the best maybe because of the humidity. toilet was filled with the little insects and had mold around the silicone area. The hair dryer had a layer of dust and even the clothes in the cupboard as well was not looking the cleanest. They also made a mistake when they gavw me my card it didn't work the first time so I couldn't go up and had to make my way with my luggages to the front desk again to get it fixed when I was already sweating so much from the heat and they were taking quite a long time at the front desk. I guess the good park is the free coffee that they give a voucher for and also the free laundry where they provided colour catchers as well. Staffs were nice.

We are a family of 5 and it is our first time staying in a homestay in Shenzhen. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that comes with a pool in the apartment.The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The room does not have any fridge or kettle but there is a shared kitchen just right outside the room. The service is good. When we reached the homestay at 3 am, the homestay staff woke up to help us carry our luggage to our room. The room is clean and towels are changed daily. It is easy to find food near the homestay. There are many restaurants within walking distance. It is near to dongmen underground shopping. We will definitely return when we visit Shenzhen.

We checked in around 2am and have to contact the receptionist as he happened to step away. Check in was swift, given side by side rooms for my friends. Room was spacious and toilet are clean, toiletries are well equipped. Hotel is very advanced, request for amenities such as plastic bag and beer opener and was delivered through AI robot within minutes. Room has noise isolation, nearby has convenience stores and good room. Location is friendly and easy to locate. Counter staff Xiaoyu done our check out and made coffee for us, smiley and courteous staff. Please continue to keep up the good job!

Originally an older upscale hotel, the facade has been recently renovated, giving the entrance a modern and grand appearance. Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from Luohu Port. While the room's original furnishings have a classic, somewhat dated feel, it was spotlessly clean and offered good value for money, especially at less than 400 RMB on a Saturday. Minor drawbacks: 1. The hotel hallways have noticeably low ceilings. 2. Only 3 out of 5 elevators were operational. Major Drawbacks: 1. The banquet hall entrance was directly adjacent to my room. An event was held there in the afternoon, creating significant noise. What's more, guests could only access the banquet hall via the guest room corridor, leading to a constant stream of non-guests passing by my door. If this is the unavoidable route for banquet access, then a room in this location should absolutely not be designated as a guest room; it's only fit for a storage or linen room. 2. The air conditioning (AC) was practically useless. Even set to 18℃ with the fan on high, it only produced a very weak, slightly cool breeze. It struggled all night, only managing to cool the room to 27.5℃, resulting in an uncomfortably hot night. I checked in around noon and only returned to my room after 11:30 PM. With an early check-out the next morning for Hong Kong, I simply didn't have the energy or time to request a room change. I find it hard to believe that the previous guest wouldn't have reported this AC issue.

All public areas are spotlessly clean, and the elevator lobbies and corridors are remarkably quiet, creating a serene and comfortable environment. The rooms are a comfortable size with a practical layout. The bedding was perfectly soft, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The operator, Eirwen, impressed us with her clear and friendly voice, patient demeanor, and prompt responses.

The hotel was excellent! It's newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and smartly managed. The location is superb, just 200-300 meters from Guomao Metro Station and very close to Luohu Port, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The breakfast was also great. It offers fantastic value for money. My flight was delayed due to heavy rain, and when I requested a late check-out, the hotel staff kindly accommodated my request without any hesitation. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The Renaissance Shenzhen Luohu Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Shenzhen's Luohu district, offering excellent transportation links. Conveniently located right next to the interchange station for Metro Lines 1 and 3, it's just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly easy to reach key commercial hubs like Futian and Nanshan. The surrounding area is well-equipped with commercial amenities, including major shopping malls like MixC and KKMALL, all within walking distance. This means you'll find abundant options for dining, entertainment, and recreation right at your doorstep. The hotel offers an elegant and comfortable ambiance. Its lobby features a modern and stylish design, exuding an artistic flair. It also boasts an outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym, offering guests perfect venues to relax and rejuvenate. Eason and Mina from the guest relations team were particularly polite and courteous. Despite being located in a bustling commercial district, the hotel provides a tranquil retreat. Its excellent soundproofing ensures a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance. Honghu Park, a pleasant escape just a short walk away, is perfect for a leisurely stroll in the early morning or evening. Overall, with its excellent location and environment, the hotel is well-suited for both business and leisure stays.

With summer vacation over, I finally had some time to myself to unwind and enjoy life. The lovely lady at the front desk kindly gave me a free upgrade to a negative ion sleep room, which was fantastic! I slept soundly all night. The room was clean and tidy, and the location is super convenient, just 5 minutes away from Dongmen and Kingglory Plaza. They also offer a complimentary shuttle service to Luohu Port. Highly recommended!

The hotel rooms are brand new, spacious, and the ambiance is fantastic. They are fully equipped with comfortable beds and excellent water pressure, and we loved the smart room controls. The location is super convenient for getting around, being very close to Dongmen Old Street. Highly recommend! Our flight was in the evening, and the front desk staff kindly arranged a late check-out for us. Both the cleaning staff and breakfast service personnel were incredibly friendly and hospitable. While having a laundry service is a thoughtful touch, we were quite disappointed that our washed clothes were not delivered back to our room; we had to go and retrieve them ourselves. What's even more frustrating is that the clothes were still soaking wet as they hadn't been dried at all. As a result, our clothes, which weren't smelly to begin with, now had a worse odor.

Facilities: The facilities are state-of-the-art and well-equipped. The robot delivery service for food was incredibly convenient. Hygiene: Spotlessly clean. Environment: The ambiance was wonderful, and the decor was really tasteful. Service: The service was excellent. Overall, a fantastic experience!
