Hotels in Lo Wu Control Point, Lo Wu Railway Station, Shenzhen

We had a marvelous stay at Dongmen Yitang! The staff are welcoming and friendly and willing to help if you need anything. Location is great as we were close to a busy pedestrian area and mall and metro. However, you cannot hear any of the street noise and traffic from inside the room. Gym facilities sufficient and well taken care of. Kitchenette in the room has more than enough basic utensils for cooking meals- eg, rice cooker, pan, spatulas, plates, fridge, microwave. There was also a washing machine and detergent - however we didn’t get to use it. Additionally, our rooms were pretty spacious and very clean, and the other spaces that we went into were just as clean. Will definitely return here if we are back in Shenzhen. Can’t recommend enough!!

The hotel is located at walking distance from Dongmen Pedestrian Street with lots of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and large. The front desk staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Fan who has been most helpful in attending to all my enquiries. One of the main attractions is to be able to go directly to the hotel room floor from Shaibu metro station near Exit D2. Instead of going up the right-hand side staircase at Exit D2 proceed straight towards the restaurants. There is a lift at the end on your right that will take you up to the hotel lobby and other floors.

The hotel was conveniently located near the tourist attraction area with a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance to buy food and necessities. Hotel was clean and easy to be found. Staffs were nice and friendly while the room is clean and comfortable. All hygienic necessities provided with 2 bottles of complimentary water. Definitely worth the money and will comeback again!

Excellent! Located near metro, shopping mall, dongmen pedestrian walk. Helpful and friendly staffs that assisted in receiving my packages. Love the interior and furniture in the hotel. Every part of the bathroom is functional, from heated towel rack to heated toilet and many functions for shower. Shower pressure is perfect and slippers is soft. There is a Smart AI speaker (xiaodu) in the room and a service robot that will send delivery directly to your room. As muslim couple, we ordered food delivery from halal restaurants on meituan and it is super convenient and fast. Taking the metro is much cheaper and faster than by taxi. Will definitely come back to stay and strongly recommend!

Ms. Lai was so kind to send me the instructions on how to get to the hotel before I arrived. It's only about 2 min walk from subway. The room was big and cleaned. I love the big screen projector. I definitely thank the staff and will come back next time.

Awesome clean & tidy hotel strategically located very near to Luoho Station ( Line1) and Renmin South Station ( Line 9) with 10 freebottles of mineral water to quench our thirst even though we stay 1 night only. We were accorded an early check in at 11.45am. Hotel air-conditioning was superb in the hot summer heat and water tap pressure was also awesome. Counter staff Miss Yi gladly approved our late checkout until 2pm on 25th August2024. She also gave us 2 small presents upon checkout. These small thoughtful gestures had made the guests feel welcome & appreciated. The management should value the staff effort in projecting a good image of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be very convenient — it's just a short walking distance from the railway station, which made traveling around the city really easy. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth. However, the furniture and overall decor felt quite dated. While the room was clean and functional, it could definitely benefit from some renovation to match modern standards. Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for a well-located place at a reasonable price, but don't expect contemporary interiors or updated amenities.

Good very location and near to big shopping mall. Many food shops nearby by hotel. The bed very comfortable and clean well.

Location was great as it situated just outside the railway station. However, there weee only 2 sets of pillows for 3 guests. When we requested for another set of pillows we were told that it is the hotel’s policy to just have 2 sets for 3 guests. This was the first time I heard about this policy. Room was spacious but lighting was insufficient at certain parts of the room. Space could be better managed as excess space was not put to good use as the bathroom area was quite tight even though there were available spaces not used.

Everything is excellent, aircon works well, laundry they even do for you and drop at your room. Very spacious room too. Only downside is the lack of toilet seat warmer. Brrrrrr.
