Amazing hotel. The zen vibe and decoration just makes the room cozy and enjoyable. There's also a lot of option in terms of lighting be it for reading, chilling or working so that's really good and efficient. The shower pressure is fantastic too, a huge highlight! Will definitely come back. Thank you to the staff at the front desk too for their support :)

This is my third time staying at this hotel. It is located at a convenient place where it also have a lot of different restaurants around. Highly recommend anybody to stay here.

Great facilities and bedding, had a great sleep during the night I stayed there. Room was spacious. Correct value for money overall

Rooms are decent but somewhat on the small size even though i upgraded to the best King room. Its clean though and very new. Breakfast could be better, the coffee is bad, the hot dishes were luke warm, the noodles are good, and the changfen is also well made. The shushu behind the noodle did a good job. Location is quite good with 10 walk to the Mall north and metro.

Great locartion, new building, many things waling distance. Could be a bit more clean. Great shower.

amazing hotel in excellent location, had some issues with hot water for the bathtub but they fixed it in no time. Definitely coming back, special thanks to the staff member with red hair she was very nice and accommodating.

Location is good enough.  Cleaning service is as good as it can be, the cleaning staffs are doing the best they possibly can. Service is good as well, nothing to complain about.  The only issue for me is facilities: the room I stayed on Level 15 has a bad watery smell, it's old, and no windows. The lift takes forever to arrive. Overall I'm not impressed about the facilities, given the price I paid for.  

Its away from Metro, but the location is super good lot of foods and coffee around, very clean .

The breakfast spread was satisfying and offered a good variety of options. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Unfortunately, there were a few drawbacks. As a foreign guest, I encountered significant communication difficulties due to the staff's limited English proficiency. It was necessary to rely on translation tools to convey my requests. Moreover, the hotel was unable to provide a formal, internationally recognized receipt, which is essential for business travelers seeking reimbursement from their companies. This oversight caused some inconvenience when trying to claim expenses."
