Multi-dimensional Executive Apartment (Convention and Exhibition Center) Reviews

Apartment was very close to the train station, although it would be a bit tough to find for those who don’t use a mainland number, baidu maps and wechat. On my end, it was very quick and easy since i got in touch with their hotline before coming, who then asked me to add their wechat account and provided me with photo instructions on finding the place. Checkin was also done thru the wechat mini program before being given the door passcode, although we met by chance near the lift lobby once we came up so he already opened the door directly for our convenience as well. He was very considerate, checking if we needed any more stuffs and even arranging delivery of additional pillows to the room after we returned late at night and realized it. The package we booked included one breakfast only but he provided for all of us anyway. There are many restaurants across the road but most of them close up by 9 in the evening. I read the reviews beforehand so i was glad they were able to improve on the complaints written here, so i made sure to take photos to document them, but it would be wise just as well to remind them on wechat before coming so they can prepare enough items for the number of people staying. Things to note, there was a leak on the ceiling of the shower area, water was clear and it wouldn’t really drip on you from where you stand. The air conditioner in one room was quite hard to open at first, had to switch batteries to the other remote control (cover also broken 😂) and it tended to make weird noises from time to time but was able to sleep through it anyway.

Good location but poor services. 3 adults check in with shortages of basic toiletry e.g. just got 2 sets of paper towels and toothbrush. Provided 3 units of 1 inch thickness ragged pillow. Furnished with a kitchen facility without cups and spoons (basic needs) Poor maintenance and manner, smelly wardrobe and kitchen cabinets. The worst is entering our apartment before check-out time without our presence and permission.

we stopped by for a couple of nights. the location was convenient for us. as for the metro - it was probably right next to the house, since we were by car and didn't know where the metro was. there's a pedestrian street nearby and then all sorts of residential complexes with Western cuisine. coffee shops and other establishments nearby. the apartment is clean and tidy. everything you need for a couple of days is there. what we would like is the presence of dishes, and especially cups. there aren't any. the bed is a bit hard, but it doesn't interfere with sleep. overall, I recommend the place.

Stayed here for one night with my kids. It was very quiet. Good location. There is a subway downstairs.

The room was clean and the projection screen was very easy to use, which satisfied my desire to watch a big screen. The location is 1 minute away from Exit A of Chegongmiao Station. The food and entertainment venues in the annex are very close.

The apartment is right next to the subway entrance. It only takes half an hour to go to the high-speed rail station. The house is clean, tidy and sanitary. The landlady is also warm and thoughtful. I will come back next time [fist]

I stayed with my children and chose a two-bedroom apartment with two 1.5-inch beds. It was very comfortable and the sound insulation effect was very good. The landlady was also very enthusiastic and solved any problems immediately. Overall not bad.

Spent two nights in this hotel and was very satisfied. The response speed of the front desk is very fast, and every time you have any questions, you can get a quick response. The room facilities are novel and the Chegongmiao subway entrance is right downstairs. The overall experience is great.

It's okay, but there are no shower gels and shampoo swabs that need to be improved. There is only one pack of disposable towels, which is only enough for one person. There are still some details that need to be improved.
