Excellent location both for the tube and for restaurants. Hotel room with king bed was reasonable size. Not much room amenities were provided other than bottled water and shampoo and shower gel. However the hotel met all of our requirements.

the location is excellent, just next to Piccadilly Circus and within walking distance to Chinatown

Hotel Review During my stay, I was shocked to find a dirty sock hanging on the fire alarm in my room. The next day’s housekeeping service did not do a good job – in fact, the carpet had even more strange and unpleasant debris, which was truly disgusting. On the bright side, the hotel staff responded promptly to my complaints, and the location is excellent. However, the facilities are outdated, and overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

Very central and nice. Just beside m&m Leicester square. Overall good experience as other hotels in London can be unreasonably small

Location is just perfect 100/10. Deluxe King Room was as advertised; large, clean, comfortable, we had a nice view of the main street on the 3rd floor, it wasn’t noisy at all. The blinds in the toilet was very dirty but our daily housekeeping was done very very well. The only thing of concern, our room was prepaid through trip dot com but according to the front desk (who was very helpful), the reservations team hadn’t confirmed it with them so we had to provide documentation and anxiously wait awhile during check-in for the reservations team to confirm. Not sure if this could lead to a bigger problem during peak season but we were still thankful everything was sorted and that we got the room we paid for. Overall, we are extremely pleased with our stay and we’d highly recommend this hotel.

great location, clean, but a bit outdated 

This hotel is at a great location. However it needs a major makeover. It looks tired and needs a big upgrade

Location and service are some highlights. The nice big bed was pleasing. Room could use some TLC though - Broken/off hinge cupboards, a lamp didn’t work with any switches, a switch socket was also slightly lose. Mirror was in a random area, with little lighting. Breakfast opens at 7, I was there at 7:10 and hot breakfast items were already on the colder side.

Hotel was in a great location for soho so easy to find very local so you can get to any where you want to room was great very big bed big television free wi-fi what more do you need .
