Staff was friendly, room service was great, and room was clean and well maintained by staff. And the metro was close by, which was a big help in traveling. Overall great experience

I paid 15,000 yen for a single room for one night, but the air conditioning didn't work and it was cold. The TV didn't even work, which was the worst.

The man at the front desk was terrible. He spoke to me without looking at me so I didn't really understand what he was saying, and his way of speaking also made me seem like he was looking down on people. I don't think he realized it himself, but I don't think he's cut out for the service industry.

Ordinary business hotel. You can't ask for too much for this price in Tokyo.

The location is right outside Chofu Station, so it's extremely convenient. With the number of hotels that allow smoking drastically decreasing, it's really appreciated that they have smoking rooms. The hotel is also very clean, so there's nothing to complain about. I'll definitely use it again.

Very good very neat

The room was typical size for a business hotel, but it was well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay without any discomfort. It was close to the station and there were many convenience stores and restaurants, so it was convenient, but not noisy. They also provided cleansing products and basic skincare products, which was helpful as I had forgotten to bring them. There was a TV speaker in the bathroom, so the sound was easy to hear. Considering the convenience, it was sufficient. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
