The hotel is in a very business area of Futian so the daytime is very busy but thankfully in the evening and weekends it’s super quiet, no loud noise or cars beeping and you can sleep well. It is a 2 minute walk to the metro and because it is practically in the middle of Shenzhen you can get to most places with ease. It’ is a very “young” hotel in that it’s kinda cool, chill and modern and the staff are also like this but don’t let that put you off. They are young but very eager to help and engaging, and even though the hotel is primarily aimed for Chinese tourists/guests the younger staff ( the older man didn’t seem as keen to engage) will happily try their best with their English and we all managed to clearly understand each other with our translation apps, so it was not a problem.  The rooms are huge with a free soft drink minibar the room  has smart technology and you can turn off/on the lights, open the blinds, turn on/off AC with the table side tablet and of like most Chinese hotels you have that cute little robot delivering your food, etc. you even get complimentary noodles in the evening, but most of all NO CIGARETTES SMELL! Which is very common in China!  I stayed at the UrCove in Shanghai and I had to check out early because the smell of cigarettes was too much in the hallway and coming through the vents but not once did I smell that here so this reason alone makes this hotel perfect for me

Staff at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Configuration of the room is very good. Toilet and shower and wash basin all separate rooms thus two people can be using the facilities at the same time

I booked 2 Superior Twin rooms for 3 nights. The rooms weren't very spacious but comfortable enough. Each day, we received 4–6 bottles of water and 2 packs of mini biscuits. The hotel lobby always had free candy and snacks. Guests also get complimentary drinks—either 2 cups of coffee or 2 bottles of beer. The location is quite strategic: there's a Starbucks right in front, a Family Mart next door, and a train station behind the hotel. Coco Park Mall is also not too far.

Hotel is new and clean. The location is inside the CBD area. It's a bit quiet during the weekend. The morning break in this hotel need a huge improvement. The quality of the food is not up to a Western hotel standard. However, the hotel provide a complimentary self service laundry which is great options to all the travelers. I would recommend to stay at this hotel.

The hotel was very lovely and big. Also near the main Train station that connects to Hong Kong. Would def go back again. Near the drone food delivery point. Quite interesting.

The hotel is very near futian metro station exit 32. Very convenient stay. Breakfast options for vegetarian is very minimal. I stayed for 4 days and all my days tiredness was very well taken care of

Nearby are all commercial buildings. The downstairs is very quiet. If you stay in this direction, you can even see drones delivering food. The subway is very close, just five minutes away. The coffee capsules in the room are Peet’s coffee. The free snacks in the lobby are great. Lan Zhang is very professional. Judy's service is excellent. When I was resting on site and saw her come over to ask about my needs, I was willing to give her a good review. It's really wonderful.

Nearby Cocopark but not much things around because is CBD area. Hotel is clean but reception service is not good especially one of the guy.

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected. During the wait, Judy chatted with me to ease the boredom and said that if I had any questions, I could contact her. So, I added her on WeChat. Even in the middle of the night, she was always available. It seemed like she never needed to rest. She is a very dedicated person. I gave her a thumbs-up as a reward.

The stay was awesome. Room is nice and clean. Area where hotel is, is not noisy or crowded. Service was awesome and polite. Only thing was the breakfast was kind of disappointing.

Location is 5mins to Metro. Hotel service average. Breakfast is bad for a famous Hyatt brand.
