The staff is amazing and the room is clean. They make an effort to speak gently knowing you don't speak Chinese.

We enjoyed the hotel prime location. The rooms are remarkably spacious, spotlessly clean, and well - maintained. What’s more, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and breakfast is the best.

Shenzhen Xindazhou Hotel (Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center Futian Port Store) was truly a great experience! The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are very comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with a smile and were super helpful with anything I needed. One of the highlights of my stay was that they gave me a free upgrade - they offered me a bigger and better room than the one I originally booked, which I really appreciated. Their service is excellent, and you can feel they genuinely care about their guests. The location is also perfect - everything you need is nearby: shopping centers, metro station, and all the main spots in Shenzhen. It's a very convenient place to stay. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Futian, Shenzhen. Totally worth it! 👌🏻
