Pretty good service, but the room from where it located since it’s close to the street, can sometimes hear people talk. Also the toilet and the bathroom sink clogged quite often and that shouldn’t be a thing, that needs to be addressed. Other than that, good service, good location, the bed is comfy.

Abit small and old. The location is good, very convenient if you are going to hongkong the next day

There are 2 Dynasty Hotels close to each other and I went to the wrong one first, so take care. Its a 20 minute walk to the other hotel. The room and facilities in the room were fine, Regrettably the receptionist who booked me in treated me very disrespectfully, as though I was an *****, and refused to communicate with me even with a mechanical translator. I accept that my Chinese is poor and her English is likely the same. Instead she ignored me and preferred to speak Chinese to my Chinese assistant who was helping me during my trip. My assistant had not been prepared for this and was embarrassed by her attitude and instructions that put her into the uncomfortable position of either being loyal and supportive to me or being subservient to her. I hope nobody else has this very unpleasant experience..

Very nice hotel and close to the border.

The rooms are relatively old, but we got it at a discount price, so it was a relatively good experience.

Nice hotel near Futian subway station. Very useful to go to ho g Kong. Price is convenient and room are big. Structure isn’t new and there wasn’t breakfast at disposition. Raccomended for fast trip

I book the hotel at the last minute and could not expect more than anything. The room is the no-window room and near to elevator then rather noisy but again with the value and how late I booked it I think it’s already good and more than enough.

Its not a posh hotel but rather simple & clean. But the location is excellent especially if one wants to visit HongKong. The Border pass stationis literally next door! Food amenitiesa are all within walking distance.

Receptionists very attentive and helpful. Very convenient to get here using the airport bus because it is located just behind the terminal. Lots of eateries around the area. Would definitely come back to stay at this hotel the next time in Shenzhen. A good recommendation for all who visit Shenzhen.

Will stay only because of its proximity to Futian Checkpoint, otherwise will give it a miss

Carpets stains in the coridors and in the room. No coffee cafe or restaurants. Lobby area dimly lighted. Room very small.

Booked a long hourly stay from 00:00 - 16:00. For the price, this hotel was perfect. The interior had probably seen better days and could do with a bit of a refurbishment, but it was generally still clean and fine. The rooms were large, spacious and comfortable and came with all toiletries and amenities provided. What I was annoyed with was the confusing location because there is another hotel with the exact same name (in both English and Chinese) that is about 1km away, therefore it was very confusing to find. Once I found the right property, the location was awesome because it was just a 7 min walk away from the Futian border checkpoint to get to Hong Kong.
