Very convenient location for customers who need to board flights at Shenzhen airport. Room is tidy and clean. It is spacious enough and has a full set of kitchen utensils for cooking. Staff are friendly and courteous.

Good place to stay in airport for 1 night. Excent location with swimming pool and gym.

The room was nice and has a comfortable bed. bathroom was clean and very big. This hotel is best for people who have a long layover and need good rest between flights. Breakfast was more for asian. The cheese and ham option for the bread was a bit poor but enough to have a light breakfast.

The hotel is great and in a short walking distance from the arrival hall. The breakfast is awesome, and there is a lot of variety to choose from. The only suggestion I have is that the pool should be opened a bit earlier than 2pm.

Walking distance to Shenzhen Bao An international airport. Good location for those that need a rest before next flight.

Really nice hotel , super giant room , nice amenities , but the best is the check in , Sunshine was very nice and help me a lot in check in and gave me very useful information for next day morning flight !! Congratulations for Sunshine !!! The gym could be more complete but it is 24 hours !! Pool open 14:00 and close 22:00

It is a wonderful experience to stay in the hotel before catching an early flight the next morning. The location is super convenient to the airport and the room is so big ( I got a free upgrade to Presidential Suite). The breakfast menu is ranging from Chinese to Western style, with many options and spacious dining area. I would highly recommend those who need to transfer in Shenzhen airport to stay there.

Near to airport T3, convenient for early flight. Sofa bed provided is in a very bad condition. We didn’t ask for replacement since it’s only for a few hours of sleep . Else such bed condition is not suitable for a good night rest.

The hotel is very convenient for those who are planning an early morning flight. The departure hall is only a stone throw away. The sound insulation is good, so we slept well. The breakfast is nice. Remember to get the priority queue ticket when you check out of the airport.
