The room was good quality. It is clean, spacious, and comfy. Mr. Chen was an excellent receptionist. The hotel’s robot service is very cool. The stay was memorable and we will come back the next time we visit Shenzhen.

Every time I go to shenzhen I stay in this hotel. It’s located in a very convenient area surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. It has a luckin coffee shop right in the lobby area. The staff is usually friendly and helpful.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located, with several restaurants less than a minute’s walk away. My room had a great view of the Ping An Finance Center, which was truly impressive. The breakfast was better than what I had at Mehood Lestie in Guangzhou, though still nothing to get excited about. Self-service laundry room was a big plus! Cons: Unfortunately, there are no complimentary late-night noodles here. The nearest metro station, Shixia, is about a 15–20 minute walk away, which can be inconvenient. If you plan to visit the Civic Center for the light show, a Didi or taxi ride will cost around 15 RMB. Getting to the Window of the World metro station by taxi costs about 30 RMB. These trips can add up quickly, so it’s best to stay at a hotel close to a metro station. Shenzhen has excellent metro connectivity, so I recommend choosing a hotel near the Window of the World metro station or along the same metro line. Sightseeing Tips: Window of the World metro station is a major hub for the sightseeing bus. The stop has a closed, air-conditioned waiting room, which is great for relaxing while you wait. You’ll also find fruit vendors outside or can grab a proper meal from inside the metro station. Other major sightseeing bus stops include Shenzhen Bay Park and the Glory of the Bay (Ferris Wheel Stop). The Glory of the Bay stop also has an AC waiting area, which is a nice touch. The Civic Center is an excellent viewing location for the light show, and there is an area which doesn't require any reservation.
