The bed was very comfortable, the service of the staff was excellent. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a good stay. The ambience was nice and the restaurant’s food was fantastic as well.

My friends and I recently stayed at the hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel blends luxury and comfort, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning city views. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The dining options were fantastic, especially breakfast, which offered a great variety. Overall, our stay was unforgettable. I highly recommend JW Marriott Shenzhen. Alice was fantastic and made my stay truly remarkable. Whenever I needed something, I could simply message her, and she took care of everything for me. The room was spacious and relatively new with welcome fruits. They even had a reformer Pilates machine in their fitness centere.

Decent hotel, but due to construction outside, can be noisy! Good gym and buffet breakfast.

Hotel location is good but facilities are old. A dated hotel

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Hotel in Shenzhen, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of relaxation wash over me. The ambiance of the hotel is both luxurious and inviting, making it the perfect getaway. The staff truly elevated our stay to another level. Each interaction I had with the team was met with warmth and professionalism. A special shoutout to Betty, Peter, and Cecilia, who went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. They were always available to assist with any request, making me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. It was also my husband’s birthday and they made it very special by sending cake to our room. The services provided at the JW Marriott are top-notch. The rooms are beautifully appointed, providing a serene environment to unwind after a day of exploring the city. This was my first time staying at the JW Marriott, but it certainly won’t be my last. I am already looking forward to my next visit! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would rate it a solid 1M/10! Thank you, JW Marriott Shenzhen, for an unforgettable experience!

Good location, nearby a lot of good restaurants. Service and room are nice.

Huge and beautiful hotel. Near to attaraction places

The room is very spacious, take out is delivered quickly with a robot, pool was closed during winter, the bathroom was big and had large mirrors .

Hotel closed to the undergrund station but not so convenient becuase it takes a along walk fro the station to hotel. Hotel facilities not up to standard such as the sunna room is not clean, no dry sunna in mans room. swimming pool is small. Room is not big enough even it calls executive room. toilet ventilation is poor. Resturant is ok but the food is not attractive. I don't think will stay again even the price is competitive with other same grade hotel.
