Very professional, very clean and big rooms. We booked 3 rooms and in order to put us on the same floor and next to each other, they've upgraded two of the 3 rooms to bigger room. Very good attitude

Great stay at Royce Hotel. We booked a Family Room (Banana Monkey Themed). My 3 year old toddler was so excited about the room he was about to get. Firstly, when we arrived at the hotel, Receptionist provided an outstanding service as I requested for a cake for my husband's birthday, however I didnt not reply to them after resquesting so they did not have enough time to prepare the cake in the room then while checking in they gave me a heads up that they will prepare that as soon as I confirm whether im fine with what they have to offer. The room was exactly what it looks like in the photos, ohh it was actually bigger than what you can see from the photos. Super clean too! The package included minibar which was really great since I was really hungry when we arrive. There are some toys in the room which really kept my toddler entertained. Location of the hotel was not so bad, it was near to where we planned to go in Shenzhen the Aqila Spa and Coco park. The only downside of the hotel was the breakfast, feel like all the food provided was ready made or pre ordered from outsource. food were quite dry and not so many options to choose from. Overall, i would rate my stay 8/10. Would recommend my friends to stay here but not dine. Thank you

I was staying here for 1 night and everything is wonderful. Quite,and comfortable room. And I love the selection of air-con, good choice 😂 Hugo was helping us to check out and with the lovely service 👍🏻 thanks everyone here !

Excellent hotel for the Nanshan district, very close to all the key areas but in a quiet location. I have stayed at the Royce many times on business and all the rooms are excellent, but the suites in particular are well worth the money - really comfy and well provisioned. The staff are extremely helpful too, especially Xiao Zhang who was a superstar throughout my stay and should be commended for going above and beyond!

Great location located in Shenzhen Bay Area, just few minutes travel from shenzhen port. We stayed in family room, the room is large and clean. My kid enjoyed playing the dart, and the bedding with monkey characters which was very attractive. There were many choices for breakfast buffet. There were good restaurants surrounded the hotel. Will recommend others to stay here.

A hotel from 2028 has now turned a bit dated with their carpets and bathing area. The drain had some smells. The service from the front desk manager was good-she was attentive to our needs and would offer whatever she’s been approved.

I really enjoy staying at the hotel .

The hotel was incredibly clean with a lovely, natural and green exterior surrounded by trees. This was carried through and into the hotel lobby which was decorated tastefully and the smell around the hotel was divine! The staff were so accommodating and helpful from check in to check out. They helped order taxis, upgraded our room, and gave us recommendations for things to see and do around SZ. They made our stay very welcoming. The room was excellent; so clean and comfortable that we forgot to wake up. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you to everyone at Royce for such a lovely experience. Highly rated!!
