“I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure! Just beside the hotel was a newly open restaurant where everyone can enjoy the delicious food ”

I was booking the hotel with transfer from the airport, because I was travelling late with a small baby. Transfer was very important for me. When I arrived to Shenzhen airport, I was trying to contact the hotel. The front desk manager was very rude to me and didn’t speak any English. Later I asked information desk to help me contact the hotel and get the transfer. I couldn’t add hotel on WeChat, I didn’t have a Chinese SIM card and I didn’t speak Chinese: for the hotel these conditions were enough not to provide a transfer. I spent my own money on taxi (51 rmb), the front desk manager never apologized and never offered to compensate my expenses. Nobody helped me with the bags when I arrived, so I had to leave my baby alone in a hotel room so I can come for the bags. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel. It’s not foreigners friendly.

The cleaning lady was nice and prompt although I haven’t asked for cleaning and new towels. The bed is comfy and clean. I don’t know if the hotel building is old because my nose is too keen to smell it. The food is the same set daily. The front desk is always open for assistance. The nearest metro is 18mins walk , you needed to book a taxi or ride for convenience. The airport shuttle wasn’t available, I am not sure with their policy. I checked out 2pm and asked to send me off by dinner, but no offer. Also, there are some noises almost all day inside the building which is annoying if you are a late sleeper.

Hotel has free pick.up/drop off, not far from airport good for night flight. Reception cant speak English but has guide chart to communicate. Breakfast is Chinese style with a few choices. Suit for the price, cleanliness should improve.

This hotel's was nice for staying at the airport, and it was relatively clean. However, while I was showering, a huge cockroach came out, and I was forced to kill it. I know southern China has huge cockroaches, but I am still scared of the big ones. The hotel did let me borrow bug spray after I killed it. They also spoke no English, so I had to have a Chinese friend call for me to be picked up at the airport. If it weren't for the cockroach, I probably would have considered staying again. The cockroach doesn't look as big in the picture.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! We stayed at this hotel in Shenzhen for less than 24 hours, and that was more than enough. The entire place had a horrible smell, with mold and dirt everywhere. It felt extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable. The staff were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and didn't speak a word of English—not even a simple greeting. Their attitude made the whole stay even worse. The breakfast was disgusting. You have no idea what you're eating, and to make it worse, there was no coffee available. One of the most disturbing things was finding gas masks in our room. We still don’t understand why they were there, but it definitely didn’t make us feel safe. Overall, a dreadful experience. I strongly advise you to stay away from this hotel.

It was a good stay, The staff are pretty good and helpful. The location is perfect, as it is just 10 -15 min walkable distance from terminal 3. The good thing is they provide airport pickup and drop.

Decent shuttle service but that's the only advantage. Keep searching for a better spot is my best advice.

The place it’s located only 5 min by car from the airport. It’s not a walking distance. However, it is not a place to enjoy the amenities, it’s for people who want to rest just before take a flight next day, just to arrive and sleep. The room is average clean but not recommended for families. I have to highly light that the people is amazing and very good service, they provided transportation to the airport just on time, and remind you in the morning before to take the car. The price is good so, I understand the place it’s not a 5 star and they provide the best for the price. Super recommended if you travel Alone just to catch a flight next day.

Very unclean and run down. But it was convenient when i came to Shenzhen late. Unfortunately they didnt pick me up from the airport as agreed nor answered when I called.

The price is cheap but the worst hotel too much bad smell in the room and washroom cannot charge mobile because most of sockets are damage overall the room is also not same as the pictures show on the app

Can not recommend this hotel. It’s a 1 star hotel, probably good for taking a nap between 2 flights

I chose this hotel because of 2 main reasons. First it’s very close to the airport and second, they offer airport transfer for free. Overall the stay was nice, can get a proper sleep, the room is clean and have the basic amenities for transit and rest. Only when I arrived at the airport, it was quite difficult to find the transport to hotel. Because of the communication, and I have no idea where and how to find the transport. It’s better and easier if you speak the language. For the location, it’s approx 1km from bus station and 40 mins from the city centre. Understandable because airport is normally quiet far from the city. I just stay here for transit so not really a big issue. Overall, it’s worth the money for the price.
