I was given a room on the 6th floor . It was okay but I like the view from the room on the 8th floor. I like staying here as the staff always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome- I don't speak any Chinese so I am glad I chose this hotel. Going to Shenzhen is a pleasurable experience every single time.

Comfy bed, plenty of space, smart room. But the front desk staff's hair was not neatly arranged, and the whole place including the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes. Some guests brought their cigarettes into the elevator, and there was no free water in the room.
