This is my "home"when I am in Shenzhen. The staff will make you feel at home and they reply promptly to all inquiries and requests. They offer tea as soon as you approach the reception. I din't speak Chinese but everyone tries to say hello or do small talk. Despite not having a pool, I still book this hotel every single time. a. about 20-30 minutes away from Shenzhen North station, and then another 15 minutes to Mission Hills ( Karoo Ice and snow world) b. I like the drying rack for clothes, washing machine in some of the rooms, (2) metro station about 15-20 minutes on foot tram stop near the Rainbow shopping mall Bus stop or pick up point for taxi in front of the hotel

Comfy bed, plenty of space, smart room. But the front desk staff's hair was not neatly arranged, and the whole place including the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes. Some guests brought their cigarettes into the elevator, and there was no free water in the room.
