Decent hotel, convenient to reach the airport. Would recommend for a short layover.

Room is exceptional clean, and very spacious. Bed is very comfortable and location also good with just walking distance to metro station, shopping mall and just next to a nice Chinese (Cantonese style) restaurant. Really value for money !

Booked three rooms and we were all very satisfied. The rooms are simple in design, but each has unique details. I really appreciate the attention to detail, with orange as the theme, from the drinks in the lobby to the supplies in the room. By the way, there are snacks in the room. The orange-flavored cookies are delicious. We asked the staff for some more later. The location is very good. There are many restaurants and shops downstairs, and they are open very late, but you won't hear any noise in the room. The soundproofing is very good. The sanitation is very good, the room is very new, there is no odor or smoke. In terms of equipment, all basic needs are available, and bottled water can be ordered at any time without charge. Maybe we arrived too early, so it took some time to check in, but the staff did their best to arrange one of the rooms for us to put our luggage first, which was very flexible. Check-out is within seconds, very convenient. Two minor drawbacks: in one of the three rooms, the button for calling staff was very hidden, "behind" the bedside table, and you had to move the small cabinet to see it, which was very strange. Not sure why it is installed so low? ! 😂 Another problem is the lighting system in the room. One time the lights are fully on, the other time they are fully off. We wanted to dim the lights when watching a movie, but failed. This needs to be improved.

The most fatal flaw is the poor sound insulation. The sound of talking, TV, flushing toilet, and shower are all clear. People with light sleep do not recommend it. On the last night, I met a family with poor quality. The children jumped and made noises in the middle of the night. I was woken up just after falling asleep. I started to get rashes on my body on the second day of my stay.

The front desk did not clearly state that check-in at 15:50 requires check-out at 19:50... This is the first time I have encountered such an outrageous thing as a frequent business traveler who has stayed in the hotel so many times. He called frantically at 19:40, and when he didn't answer in the bathroom, the waiter tried to open the door anxiously [the front desk argued that the hotel followed the principle of two knocks and two responses] instead of three knocks and three responses. I checked out of the room around 19:50, and the screenshot was waiting for the elevator at 19:52. I was so angry that I was shaking. The attitude of the front desk was very bad, 0 apology and attempted pua [None of our other guests would be like you]? ? I checked in and checked out normally, as if I had violated the rules of heaven 👍👌 First of all 1. I checked in according to the platform time, and the front desk did not state or inform me, and even did not guide the location of the elevator after the entrance. 2. I did not exceed the time limit, and the hotel that urged me frantically many times before the deadline was reached was also a Huazhu Club hotel. This is the first time I have seen it, and it is really eye-opening.

The hotel is very new, the rooms are large, and the hygiene is generally good. Booked two deluxe king-size rooms. Since we arrived at the hotel at around 10 o'clock in the evening, the rooms arranged for me and my friend were on the same floor, but they were far apart, almost at the end. The clerk said that when the room is full, it is good to be on the same floor. In the end we had to downgrade the rooms to a lower level to get them together. But there is no money to refund, but the compensation is to delay the check-out. I felt that although I arrived at the hotel relatively late, I had paid in full and booked a room together. Why couldn't the hotel reserve a room for the guest? They had to notify me only after I arrived at the hotel. The hotel rooms were tight, and there were only two rooms of the same level left on the same floor. This is less professional than the other group's arrangement. I was quite pissed at first, but luckily, the clerk was patient and made alternative arrangements for us. But this store is very cost-effective, I will stay here again, but I will try to arrive earlier.

After staying in Guangzhou for three nights, I decided to book Orange Hotel in Shenzhen. The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable, but if you compare, this one has no refrigerator and the quilt smells like cigarettes. Everything else is good.

Orange Hotel has always been a hotel we hoped to stay in. Today we finally had the opportunity to try it, but unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience on our first try. Although the room environment, equipment and hygiene are also good, the hotel still needs to be managed by people. No matter how good the hardware is, if it is not managed well, tourists will not be left with a good impression. This Orange Hotel opened in July last year. Because it is a new hotel, I made an appointment with friends to rent two twin rooms at once during this year's Chinese New Year. The check-in time was on the third day of the Chinese New Year. I went out to play early in the morning, and it was already past 9pm when I arrived at the hotel to check in. I didn't expect that when I arrived to check in so late, the hotel front desk staff actually said that one room had not been cleaned yet. I was very surprised at the moment, and asked them, the normal check-in time is after 2pm, and we arrived in the evening, why didn't anyone clean the room during this time? The staff said that due to the New Year period, there was a serious shortage of staff, which led to delayed cleaning time. In addition, there were many Hong Kong tourists staying at the hotel, and they did not expect business to be so good. They apologized for this situation. We do not quite accept this explanation because the hotel should know the number of guests that day and allocate staff accordingly. If there is a shortage of staff during long holidays, they need to be prepared in advance. Travelers must be very tired when they come to check in at night. It is definitely not a good way to treat guests and I hope the hotel will seriously review this.

The hotel is easy to find and is about seven to eight minutes away from the nearest subway station. There are many restaurants nearby. There is a famous teahouse downstairs of the hotel. It is only 5-6 minutes' walk to Haiya Colorful City, which is very convenient.
