Very nice staffs

While the room could have been more clean, I did arrive quite late at night and I’m sure if I checked in earlier the staff would help me out.

I recently stayed at this apartment and had a pleasant experience overall. Pros: • Excellent Location: The apartment is conveniently situated close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy to get around. • Charming Loft Design: The loft layout with a double bed gave the space a cozy and unique feel. It was a delight to retreat here after a long day. • Hassle-Free Check-In: The check-in process was seamless and straightforward, which made arriving stress-free. Cons: • Smoking in the Corridor: Unfortunately, there were occasional instances of people smoking in the corridor, which affected the otherwise pleasant environment. Overall, the apartment was a good choice for its location, design, and ease of access. If the smoking issue can be addressed, it would be an even better stay.

The counter service lady is friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room still needs improvement. I booked for 4 people but only received 3 towels, and this issue was not resolved even after I provided feedback. Additionally, the bed was dusty and had hair on it. We all ended up getting bitten by mites..lol I believe we can find a better apartment at this price point

The room facilities are very new, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It takes only a few minutes to get to the subway station. The receptionist is very friendly. Seeing that we brought a child, they upgraded the king bed for free. It was a very warm experience in Shenzhen

The location and view were all good, but the host was especially kind, which was even better.

I went to Sungang with my daughter to buy toys. We played until 8:00 pm before booking a hotel! It took about 8 minutes to call a car to the entrance of the Sibei 4th Road parking lot. There were signs to walk in next to the Daxia. It was not difficult to find! From entering the building to checking in to the room, the overall cleanliness was very good! The apartment is on the 24th floor of the Daxia. The young man was polite and the registration process was smooth. The room is not big. The upper bed is only suitable for children. Adults will have their heads against each other, but it is enough for four people. The toilet is small, and you have to take a shower and use the toilet together! The shower area is only separated by half of the glass, and the shower will wet the entire toilet floor 😅 There are disposable toilet seats, shampoo and shower detergent (shampoo is easy to use). The water pressure is not enough, but the hot water is hot enough! There are disposable toothbrushes and slippers! The air conditioning is also sufficient, and the bed has no odor and is good to sleep on
