Location: In between two possible metro stations so quite easy to get around. Close to a nice garden and night markets Service: Speedy check-in and out. Room: Renovated modern rooms, decent sized equipped with voice controls (lights, music, blinds). Especially liked the bathroom - decent water pressure/temps. Ours also had a fridge which was useful for keeping drinks. Mindful re TV there is free/paid content. Overall: Good value for money.

The owner is very endearing to her frequent guests. On the way to checkout she gave me and my traveling companion Susan some therapeutic face masks, special snacks, and small travel accessories like clippers and stationery. On Christmas las year the owner gave us a personally a little Christmas tree with lights and a beautiful packaged fresh Apple❤️❤️❤️

I stayed here for a week for business. Traveling was not an issue as there were plenty of cabs nearby the area. It was also very convenient to get food delivery. The hotel’s robot can deliver the item directly to your door step which is AMAZING! The hotel was new and the bedding and toiletries were of pretty good quality. The staffs were responsible and friendly. It’s a very comfortable stay overall except for a few areas for improvement : 1. Improve the variety and quality of the breakfast. 2. Provide ironing service or tools (it will help business travellers a lot) 3. Increase the brightness of the bathroom lighting (for makeup purposes) Thanks!

I chose this hotel because it is close to Longgang Women and Children. It was an unexpected surprise. I booked a double bed. The hotel is very clean. You have to swipe your card to get in, which gives you a sense of privacy. When you order takeaway, it is delivered by a robot. When you call the front desk, you can answer the phone in seconds and the service is very good. Anything good will satisfy you. The lady at the front desk is also very kind and responsive to all requests. You can also store your luggage after check-out, which is very nice! ! ! ! ! ! Ness! ! !

The room was very clean and the stay was very comfortable. The rooms are all intelligently controlled, the air conditioning is cold enough, the check-in was efficient, the hotel staff were very polite, and I was very satisfied with the experience.

Very poor service attitude, very bad experience. When we came to stay, we called the front desk to ask if they could help dry our laundry. The answer was yes, but when we went to the washing machine the next day, it hadn't been dried at all. If you can, you can, if you can't, you can't. You said you can, but then you didn't dry it, so the guests had to go to work in wet clothes. The customer service WeChat that I added was also shirking responsibility, saying that we didn't inform us in advance. So what was the phone call I made for?

I have been a customer of Ctrip for many years, but this is the first time I give a bad review. I booked a room for three nights, but only stayed one night. I changed hotels the next day. It was not because I was taking care of my kids, but I couldn't stand it even if I stayed that night! It's all show and no substance...

Came to watch the concert. Very close to Universiade. Direct subway access. Good front desk service. This price is a bit unexpected in Shenzhen. The room is automated and very clean. I will come again next time.
