The hotel is nice and clean. Very convenient, walk 7 mins to the mall for many shops and restaurants.

My stay at pagoda was exceptional! From the elegant lobby to the spotless rooms with luxurious bedding, every detail exuded comfort. Staff greeted us warmly and anticipated needs effortlessly – a true hallmark of exemplary service. The restaurant served creative fusion cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. Despite its central location near subway and shopping malls , the hotel maintained a serene atmosphere. Housekeeping’s daily attention to detail impressed me most – even folding clothes left casually! Modern amenities, thoughtful design, and genuine hospitality made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers seeking refined comfort. Will definitely return!

Location is easy to find and the neighbourhood amenities are great. There are some great bars with excellent vibe around. The staff is kind and willing to help, on top of that, they upgraded our room :) The room was cosy, bed was comfortable and equipped with smart toilet! Also, we received food from a robot at our door 🤖 which picked up our delivery at the lobby. All and all, great experience.

The wardrobe in the room is too small too hang our clothing, the lights are too dimmed at bathroom,

The projector in this room was super cool. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was absolutely worth it!!!! The room was clean and very comfortable! Highly recommend! The staff were amazing. 🤩

This hotel is amazing! The laundry facility is the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend this hotel. a modern and small scale 5 star hotel where they have an eye for detail. the bed was incredibly comfortable. Since im an exceptional critic, if I’d immprove one thing I would suggest adding a body lotion in the bathroom.

I think it's ok, for this price range is nothing spectacular but also not bad at all. The bed feels good, but pillows a bit soft , the size was just ok, toilet is fine, water is fine. The breakfast compared to other hotels was a bit better , and you can enjoy the views . Location is good , short walk to the nearest mall. Overall it was ok, could be a bit cheaper, not superb value at this price range , but good in general . Only slight complaint was 2 lifts only.

The front line staffs are helpful and courteous especially two ladies staff even help us to transfer the old mobile data system to a new Xiaomi phone. Really appreciated. The hotel breakfast is value for money and included in the hotel rate. Free Supper is another option for guess who wants a light meal. Many eateries and a big shopping mall nearby. Mrt is not far , Very clean and quiet ,mattress quality is good.

The front staff at the reception were super accommodating. The room was clean, shower and bathroom were up to our standards and breakfast was a wide spread. Very well located and overall a really pleasant stay for the weekend. Would come back again!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor service of the staff at breakfast the morning at Apr 20. While other customers could enter and find seats for themselves, the staff told us to wait at the counter but never got back to us. He also failed to provide a valid explanation as to why we could not find seats ourselves. We ended up having to have breakfast outside and wasted our money on a breakfast that we didn’t get to eat. The staff’s incompetent behaviour caused us great inconvenience and financial loss. I request that you increase the number of staff at the breakfast area so that they are able to cater to all customers.
