This hotel is close to the subway and in a nice residential area, which feels comfortable. Just a heads up—being near the airport means you’ll hear some airplane noise. Overall, it’s a good spot if you don’t mind that.

The location is in a very quiet area which is quite special in Shenzhen. It is good for us as we just want a quiet, clean and beautiful area for relaxing. The facilities are ok . surrounding does not have too much chocies for good food but is is just sufficient. The hotel receptionist is very helpful.

There were insects in the bed. The pillow was dirty and smelly, the walls were stained and there was hair in the shower. Very dirty place. I don't understand how the other reviews didn't warn about this. The only good thing was the location.

The sanitation is a bit poor, basically just changing the sheets and cleaning the trash can. There are a lot of long hairs on the bedside table and in the bathroom that have not been cleaned up (I am a male customer). There are a lot of blood stains from mosquito corpses on the wall, which really makes new guests feel uncomfortable. The cleaning staff needs to improve their work seriousness!
