The hotel is close to Yannan Station, and the house prices are affordable. There are many restaurants, large supermarkets, Wal-Mart, and massage parlors nearby, which is very convenient. This time I stayed in a zero-pressure superior double room. The room is spacious. 4 bottles of drinking water are provided in the room, which is very considerate. The bed is neither too hard nor too soft, so I sleep very comfortably. The lighting in the room is soft and the bath products contain essential oils. Ingredients, very fragrant.

The front desk helped me upgrade my room type when I checked in. The bed was really big and comfortable👍 But I don’t know why there is a heavy smell of oily dirt (the kind you get on ***) as soon as you enter the room. The smell gradually dissipates when the air conditioner is turned on and the windows are opened... There are quite dirty stains on the wallpaper next to the bed, which look like traces of food splashes. The guy and girl at the front desk in the morning shift were very polite and provided me with my needs and helped me. I think the front desk staff on the evening shift are more forceful and their speeches are not as polite as those on the morning shift. Mainly because when I went back at night, the elevator was broken. The front desk is helpless. The elevator is broken and the warranty will take time. There is no way to go upstairs now. The attitude that you can only take the stairs is a bit irritating. I live on the 6th floor! ! ! Then I still had to climb the stairs. It was miserable. I think this Hanting Hotel has good and bad points😭

I love the Hanting chain, the one in Jiujiang anyway. This one in Shenzhen is a bit strange being on the 3rd floor of a housing estate, but just a short stroll across the street takes you to the swankiest shopping complex in town, with the more down-to-earth KK Mall also connected to the subway. Line 1 takes us to most of the places we wanted to go and is just a short trip from the border. Shenzhen is a city of really friendly people and the staff of Hanting are no exception. Housekeeping and reception were just great and they will help you to sign into their internet system if you do not have a China phone number. Internet in China is not exactly the fastest and can be erratic at times, but it does the job. Hanting Shenzhen is a no-frills hotel, but their beds are as comfy as ever, and it is quite charming nestled amongst the local shops, where haircuts cost only 25 RMB. There is free freshly-brewed coffee, chrysanthemum tea and dried lemons in the reception. Breakfast was included but we couldn't wake up before 10 a.m. I only have a bit of an issue with the airconditioner, which blows right down on your face in bed, so I had to sleep the other way round. The rooms are a bit small and the sink - being flat and shallow - does not dispose of dirty matter efficiently. But everything looks good and if I wanted to stay in that area again, I would not choose another hotel but Hanting.

Good location, near the Metro station with lots of shops, restaurants and convenient stores. A large shopping mall and a pedestrian shopping street are also nearby. It's right in front of the park, the view on this side is very nice. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly, but Chinese speaking only. The guest laundry including washing detergent is included. The WLAN is good to work comfortably on the desk in the room. The bedding is comparable, too.

The room is not big, but the hygiene and environment are good. Breakfast is KFC (soy milk or coffee + small burger). However, the service of the waiter needs to be improved. On the first night, I called the waiter and asked if there was a microwave and whether milk was sold downstairs. The waiter said that there was no such thing. However, the next morning the waiter told other customers that there was a microwave and heated food for them. The costa menu at the service desk also says that there is milk... I hope that individual waiters can provide customers with services that are more in line with objective facts.

Overall, I recommend giving some suggestions. I hope it can be improved. The breakfast remains the same. I stayed for ten days and the breakfast was the same every day. The staff started cleaning the empty plates on the table before finishing the meal. Can't we clean them together after we finished? The paper for blowing your nose was thrown on the floor. Because I thought it was unsightly and hygienic to put a nose mask on the table during the meal. Then the staff picked it up and put it on the table and told me not to throw it on the ground. I was also shocked and didn’t know if it was her problem or mine. It just felt weird. I hope it can be improved. After all, it’s Hanting 3.5. Before 2.5, I don’t think it matters.
