Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Shenzhen

I was surprised that the hotel was really close to MTR GUOMAO station just a few meters away. The location was great and has lots of restaurants that were open until late at night. Lots of places to have massage too. I was impressed and amazed how the front desk and staff assissted me when I checked in. They really give their utmost care and service. They even upgraded my room which I’m so grateful and happy. My 2 nights and 3 days stay in Crowne Plaza was really epic. Thanks to all the Front Desk and staff who’s been so nice and for the great service they rendered. I will definitely comeback and recommend this hotel to my Family and friends who will visit Shenzen soon. I’ll give 5/5 points as a gratitude.

Very new, sophisticated and modern decorated hotel rooms, the actual room looks even prettier than the pictures itself. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food at the buffet is superb. Fitness level is well equipped. We are travelling with 2 mid ages couples either 2 kids and 2 elderly, everyone has nothing but compliments of the rooms and the whole stay. We wish to have stayed for even more nights with Crowne Plaza. Thank you for your hospitality!

Upon arriving at the lobby to check - in, I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that my room had been upgraded. As soon as I entered the room, I was truly impressed. The room's design is nothing short of excellent. It's spacious, immaculately clean, and features two separate tubs, a brilliant touch. This is hands-down the best hotel room I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. What makes it even more remarkable is that it's incredibly cost-effective. Kudos to the hotel for such a wonderful experience!

Location - For those that is flying in to Shenzhen Bao’an International airport , you may take the Metro Line to Futian Station (closest station is Exit 3A) (Please use AMAP to navigate your way to the hotel) - AMAP is your best friend in China) - Walking distance to Futian Subway Station and Railway Station respectively (Exits 3A and 7) - walking distance to Coco Park (lots of eateries, fashion and huge supermarket) - next to Shopping Park Bar Street (for those who is interested to know) Room - spacious room, comes with bath tub - view ( slight city view) - has all the amenities - super comfortable bed Breakfast - only tried 1 day , nothing that interest us - Mc Donald’s is just next to the hotel Overall , it’s an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice and helpful staff, front desk, vogue cafe and cleaning ladies. Although it located a bit far, the surrounding is super nice and quiet. During CNY, there’s dragon dance and staff were very busy but still maintain superb service, we can see staff from other departments helping out breakfast service to keep customers happy. Especially the front desk staff 何子椽helped out our food delivery (we don’t speak much mandarin) and other staff helped out for a broken locker scan and sent fruits to apologise for the inconvenience, not the value of the fruit but we appreciated the gesture. They made our stay happy and want to come back during Summer time. Indoor pool also nice and clean. Very well done and great team!
