After queuing up to enter the buffet breakfast restaurant, a staff member arranged to receive guests from each room to get the table, and also helped us to watch over our own table, so that we could leave our seats and get our meals together. We have never experienced such considerate and enthusiastic hotel staff before.

Nice oriental deco in the room. Free upgrade to bigger suite due to power supply failure(10am to 5pm) on the second day. The issue was not communicated to me before I arrived the hotel and I was told by the staff upon check in at night. It was planned by the hotel but not informed me much earlier. If I were told earlier ,I would choose other option, to book a day tour or to move to other hotel. Great customer service,special thanks to the friendly front desk manager,Melody at the front desk,and Rosa at the full day dining cafe.

Location of hotel is excellent. Short walk to the Futian Metro Station and to Coco Park. Room was well kept and clean. Breakfast variety is also good. Will definitely recommend.

Reception friendly & helpful, rooms nice clean & spacious. Gym good, location is close to shops. Only negative is there is a night club downstairs & was very loud music until 2-3am. We stayed on a Thursday evening.

Outstanding attention, great parking downstairs, and excellent service from the front desk team, they oriented me in English until the elevator. The gym is the best of its kind, basically is a regular gym facility of a big city, it is impressive!. Only the restaurant was a little dissapointing, the service and attention was great, even if they do not speak english. But the dish I ordered was extremely salty. I did not make it, I prefer to leave it. The restaurant made a discount for that inconvenience, very nice, but the experience was not good.
