Overall ok. Service at all day dining area was not very good, they don't bring you to table in the morning for breakfast. So you need to search around for table. The staff didn't notice you are not done with your buffet breakfast, and they clean up your table ready for next group, when we come back to table with your 2nd round of food, you are surprised that they are cleaning up your table. Because they don't bring you to the table, that's why there were different group fighting for table and some argument between 2 groups of pple when we were eating breakfast that morning.

I was surprised that the hotel was really close to MTR GUOMAO station just a few meters away. The location was great and has lots of restaurants that were open until late at night. Lots of places to have massage too. I was impressed and amazed how the front desk and staff assissted me when I checked in. They really give their utmost care and service. They even upgraded my room which I’m so grateful and happy. My 2 nights and 3 days stay in Crowne Plaza was really epic. Thanks to all the Front Desk and staff who’s been so nice and for the great service they rendered. I will definitely comeback and recommend this hotel to my Family and friends who will visit Shenzen soon. I’ll give 5/5 points as a gratitude.

Hotel was far from city center but it was big spacious. My son enjoyed the bath tub too much. Hotel went above and beyond with a little good luck gift package for my son and a cake for my husband's bday. They even designed the bed upon arrival. My son's only concern was there was no bidet. Buffet food was really good. Wide assortment. Dinner was top notch (foie gras, fresh sashimi)

Location - For those that is flying in to Shenzhen Bao’an International airport , you may take the Metro Line to Futian Station (closest station is Exit 3A) (Please use AMAP to navigate your way to the hotel) - AMAP is your best friend in China) - Walking distance to Futian Subway Station and Railway Station respectively (Exits 3A and 7) - walking distance to Coco Park (lots of eateries, fashion and huge supermarket) - next to Shopping Park Bar Street (for those who is interested to know) Room - spacious room, comes with bath tub - view ( slight city view) - has all the amenities - super comfortable bed Breakfast - only tried 1 day , nothing that interest us - Mc Donald’s is just next to the hotel Overall , it’s an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Very nice and helpful staff, front desk, vogue cafe and cleaning ladies. Although it located a bit far, the surrounding is super nice and quiet. During CNY, there’s dragon dance and staff were very busy but still maintain superb service, we can see staff from other departments helping out breakfast service to keep customers happy. Especially the front desk staff 何子椽helped out our food delivery (we don’t speak much mandarin) and other staff helped out for a broken locker scan and sent fruits to apologise for the inconvenience, not the value of the fruit but we appreciated the gesture. They made our stay happy and want to come back during Summer time. Indoor pool also nice and clean. Very well done and great team!
