It is only a few minutes away from the train station, with a beautiful environment, a magnificent lobby, pleasant fragrance, clean and comfortable rooms, and beds of moderate hardness. Supervisor Huo and Manager Zhang came to visit and asked about my living experience. They also gave me a bathtub cover, toilet cover, free water, and a bath salt ball. They also introduced me to nearby delicacies. The service is super considerate. This hotel is worth recommending.

The hotel has a good location. The rooms on the sunny side are a little hotter, but everything else is good. Lucy at the front desk is very friendly and gave a small gift. Free parking is available. The breakfast is very rich. It is a well-established five-star hotel. There is a binder and correction fluid. It is located behind Shenyang Station. The soundproofing is good. You can't hear anything without opening the window.

I stay in different hotels every week when I come to Shenyang, and this one is the most satisfactory one. Whether it is the sanitary conditions, breakfast quality or front desk service, it is all five-star service. Will definitely come again next time.

I called the front desk and they sent a hot air blower to the room. The small hot air blower can't power the whole room. I think it has nothing to do with the staff but the management of the hotel. In addition, the sanitation is not in place, there are all kinds of water stains, and the table is not clean. I won't talk about it. There are more than one person on May Day. The only downside is that the soundproofing of the room door is not very good, and you can hear the guests talking in the corridor clearly at night.

Account manager Pan Lin promptly called the engineering department to help solve the problem quickly and sent an apology fruit.
