Amazing hotel with shopping mall and a wonderful supermarket downstairs. Excellent service (on the first floor reception and upstairs staff were very helpful, polite and fast) clean, has cool bar, exquisite design and views, also there are some amazing restaurants. We enjoyed the stay.

Great hotel in the middle of Shenyang. Was a perfect stay for a weekend of vacation (couple, no kids). Clean, friendly service, great breakfast. Wifi worked well too.

Convenient location. Access to room is cumbersome as you need to take two lifts.

The room was okay, nothing to quite brag about besides the bidet toilet seat. However, the front desk lady was very hospitable. I only asked her what the check out time was, and she offered me an extra 2 hours by goodwill.

Was mostly an average experience, the only real highlight of the stay was the breakfast… the rooms’ amenities are a bit outdated.

The hotel's location and overall style are first-class in Shenyang. The executive treatment of the VIP Club is particularly good, and the free meals are even safer and more delicious than the paid hot pot restaurant. The hardware details are not in place (the curtains are seriously not light-blocking), and the staff training is not up to standard (the rags are left in the room, and the food hygiene of the hot pot restaurant is particularly poor).
