房間面積大，前台服務很好，神農架林區政府所在地，地理位置離熱門景區有段距離，自駕游下榻沒有問題的。

每年總會多次帶孩子出去遊玩，各種酒店都有入住過，這是第一次給出差評，酒店的環境是不錯的，但是這次入住體驗真的令人失望，走進酒店大堂，前台工作人員並沒有主動熱情招呼，還是我先開口説了“你好”，辦理入住手續時，對方才起身迎接，面無表情的安排好客房後，本想問一下遊玩的路線並給於些建議的，但是看到面無表情的臉也沒有心情繼續問下去，到客房後竟然發現空調不製冷，當時室外32度，房間温度是30度，立刻打電話詢問前台，是不是空調出了問題，得到的答覆是因為當地早晚温差大，目前酒店衹開送風沒開冷氣，我提出需求後，前台表示衹能送一台電風扇，可在如此高温下，電風扇根本無濟於事，因為實在是太熱，受不了，並與同行的朋友一起打電話給前台，前台又換了一個理由説，空調在檢修中沒有辦法開啟冷氣，簡直是無語至極，考慮到晚上要外出遊玩，我特意提前告知前台，希望在回來時能妥善處理空調問題，等遊玩歸來才有冷氣，可沒想到，到了凌晨，冷氣不知何時停了，直接被熱醒，一夜都沒休息好。原本訂了兩個晚上第二天早上直接辦理退房，從服務態度到問題處理都差強人意，酒店收費也不便宜，訂的四百多塊錢一個晚上的房費，為了省空調費，竟然半夜將空調停掉！人員的服務培訓管理不到位，導致給客人留下不好的感受，希望酒店能重視並改進！
