Overall the property wasn’t too bad. My room felt clean, but the room was a bit dark even with lights on. The gym was pretty well equipped for a hotel gym. I was disappointed in the beds and wouldn’t return due to them not being very comfortable.

Room was generally comfortable and location was convenient to The Woodlands. This location opened in 2019 according to the front desk employee. The bed was not very comfortable but wasn’t horrible either. The breakfast was all pre-prepared with the exception of the waffle maker. One issue that should be addressed is that the kitchen staff starts running out of items as the morning goes on. There didn’t seem to be any desire to make any additional items for guests who came to eat within the last hour or so. Pros: free bottled water, nice amenities in the Jr. Suites. Cons: Breakfast and mattresses.

Overall great experience. Nice, quiet and tucked away location that is fairly well "hidden" from the highway. Only complaint we had was being pet friendly, which is usually not an issue, this time however we had some neighbors whose smaller dogs barked a good bit, particularly when in the hallway which woke us a few times. Other than that however, we enjoyed our star. Only removed a star b/c I'd suggest room planning or informing the guest they are next to or near pet rooms to allow some choice of changing rooms (when possible). I'd checked in on the app and no one was in the lobby when we arrived so we were not greeted and just went to the assigned room w/the digital key.

Very clean, Extremely Friendly Staff.Updated hotel with great Hot Breakfast option. I would rate this experience a 10/10. Everyone from the Managers, Front Desk, House Keeping, Maintenance were extremely friendly!

Home2 was perfect for organizing the logistics for our March for Marrow, The Woodlands event. We could meet together over a healthy breakfast and start the day off with a plan in place and full stomachs.

I checked into this hotel and was immediately taken by the fact the gentleman at the front desk didn’t seem to care if I was there or not. It was middle of the evening so I asked if he knew who delivered food there his response was no I would just use one of the apps if I was you. I am a Hilton Diamond member which means absolutely nothing other than I stay way too many nights in a hotel every year year. But this is the first time I’ve ever had a desk clerk working the evening shift not have the slightest clue who delivered food to their location. When I got to my room housekeeping and turned the air-conditioning down to 56 I like a cool room but this was ridiculous I actually had to turn the heat on to get it so it was bearable. There was a dog either next to my room or across and the owner apparently had gone out because for two hours this dog barked nonstop. Here’s a thought have a dog floor so they can all bark in unison and those us that are trying to get some sleep can get it. The bed was OK the bathroom was cramped but at least it was clean. In the morning I needed a business center and the young lady pointed and said it’s over there with zero enthusiasm not that a business center is anything to be enthusiastic about but hey I’m a paying guest have a good morning first. The continental breakfast may have been one of the worst I’ve ever had. So Terrika the bed was okay the bathroom was clean but very cramped the people that worked the front desk here really seem like they could care less whether you were there or not. So you have been warned I won’t be back even though I stay in this area at least a couple times a month. I will also say I only chose this location because the place I normally stay didn’t have any rooms available because this was a last minute for me.

Contemporary decor, fresh, new, feels like a condo. Comfy bed. Plenty of plug-ins for devices. Stackable end tables. Very nice shower. Loved the eating area. My favorite hotel these days. My only suggestion would be a lighted mirror to lean in closer for makeup or shaving.

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are large and fit our family of 5 very well. The entire hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. We didn't bring our dogs this time but they are pet friendly which is a huge plus. The breakfast selection is not a typical buffet that we are used to but everyone was able to find something they liked. It has a waffle maker, cereal, muffins, toast and bagels, breakfast omelettes and breakfast sandwiches. This our new place to stay when we are in town visiting family.

Everything in the room is immaculately clean. There are plenty of receptacles to plug items in, and several USB outlets as well. The great lighting means that it's easy to see whatever you want to see wherever you are in the room. There's plenty of storage space and closet space. The breakfast is better than most of the "free" breakfasts you receive at reasonably priced hotels.
