This is the only property I stay at when in this area. Customer service, cleanliness and accommodations are always excellent!

We reserved a handicapped room with 2 beds and roll-in shower. Per usual with hilton, they had no such thing available when we got there. They put 3 of us in a room with one king and pullout couch (ouch). It was supposedly handicapped accessible, but it clearly was not possible to shower or bathe. One non-handicapped person almost became handicapped slipping in the tiny tub with about 6 bars and a slip and slide floor. The bath tub itself was way too narrow. The door was so heavy someone in a chair could not get in or out without help. The interior decorator of the hotel should be shot. Don't come here if you have problems with dizziness, the walls have frequently changing colors and the floors look like a patchwork quilt of leftover rug.

Property was well kept like all the Home2 suites I have stayed in. Happy with my stay.

Definitely recommend. Clean, decent food choices, quiet, no hassle. Everything you need for an extended stay.

Terrible FLAT PILLOWS and WATER DSMSGE The bed pillows were Horrible!!!! The walk in shower drained into the bathroom not in shower causing potential fall!! Had to put bedspread down to mop up water so didn’t fall

I cannot express how great our experience was when our 23-roster team and families stayed for a soccer tournament in November 2024. As the team manager, I was blown away by the level of housekeeping and hospitality. We stayed during Thanksgiving break, so our players spent the holiday at the hotel, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team was ready to serve and host us. The hotel’s housekeeping staff, including the operations manager and Susan, the group stay coordinator, were invaluable and responded quickly to all of our needs. Their professionalism and attention to detail exceeded my expectations for a large group. The rooms were EXTREMELY clean, and the accommodations were perfect for our group of 45 people. The pool, gym, and corporate room were all the ideal size. Great for our boys to use for recovery and stay active. Our team is U19 so 17-19 year old young men. Every room had a microwave and mini fridge, which was super convenient for the families. The breakfast was delicious, and there was always a variety each morning. Throughout our 5-day stay, the lobby was always stocked with delicious, warm coffee, tea, and water. The mini store was filled with goodies (please see the picture), and honestly, it was one of the best hotel stores I’ve seen. To top it all off, they offered WARM BAKED COOKIES DAILY for free, which was such a sweet touch! I cannot say enough about the hotel and their amazing staff. I highly recommend this place for any family, career professional, or group stay.
