"The room was basically clean (except the toothpaste left on the shower wall but the hotel needs maintenance work. The door was difficult to close and lock and took so.e maneuvering to close even. The water handle was coming out of the wall, but the tub/ shower had a new insert and was nice. For amenities they have a fridge(nice and cold), a microwave (I didn't use it), soap and towels."

"Booked a big bed room. The room was clean and the space was large, and the two people lived very well. There is a table and two more comfortable chairs. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and simple coffee maker. The room is very bright and the light is very good. It is convenient to get off the high speed less than a mile. At the end of the hotel is a Mexican restaurant, where I had a dinner and felt that the price was more expensive and the food was simply like junk food. It is recommended not to use this restaurant. In short, I am very satisfied with this hotel."

"There is nothing around this hotel that belongs to the junction of the city and the suburbs. Breakfast is particularly bad, barely bread can be eaten. The front desk of the hotel was not particularly smart. I brushed my credit card four times in a row. It took me an hour to get the check-in, but the problem of the credit card was still awkward. I really wanted to ask her to go back to the primary school."

Please note, this is located on a mountain. While all roads are paved including the driveway, it can be difficult to navigate during the winter months. We highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months, but even with 4 wheel drive it can be difficult or impossible to navigate in the snow.
We recommend insuring your trip in the winter months when there can be harsh weather. We cannot offer refunds due to harsh weather conditions that make it difficult or impossible to get to the home as this is beyond our control.
There are about 15 stairs leading up to the front door. There is a ramp that mitigates most of the stairs, but you will still have to climb about 5-6 steps to enter the property.
Pets are welcome for an additional $125 fee per booking. Guest access
You have access to enjoy the entire property except for a locked bedroom in the basement, and also an independent storage closet under the stairs in the basement. The BBQ on the main deck is not available for use.

Roadways:
• We are in a mountain resort and the final 0.2mile approach to the property is on relatively steep gravel roads. Its recommended that you have a AWD for travel during winter.
Guests:
• Only our confirmed number of guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.

• Parties or smoking are NOT permitted, per regulations.

Dishwasher:

Security Cameras:
• Security cameras are located in the front porch, the side driveway, and the main deck of the house, for your security and safety. There are NO cameras inside the property.
Noise Monitors:
• We have 1 indoor and 1 outdoor noise monitor that will monitor noise during quiet hours. Please note that these do NOT record conversations but only monitor for noise.
Cleaning Fees:
• The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, snow removal, etc.). Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess (e.g. excessive dishes, pet damage, etc.)

Guest access
You have access to enjoy the entire property except for a locked bedroom in the basement, and also an independent storage closet under the stairs in the basement. The BBQ on the main deck is not available for use.

Roadways:
• We are in a mountain resort and the final 0.2mile approach to the property is on relatively steep gravel roads. Its recommended that you have a AWD for travel during winter.
Guests:
• Only our confirmed number of guests on the reservation are allowed on the property.
• Guests over 5 count are subject to additional fees.
• Parties or smoking are NOT permitted, per regulations.

An exclusive experience tucked away on the pristine North Fork of the Shenandoah River, the expansive retreat spreads over six acres of riverfront property located just 90 minutes from the White House.
Enjoy fly fishing from the private riverbank, hiking through the woods, observing the abundant wildlife, and relaxing in a fully equipped cabin with a hot tub. An abundant selection of breakfast foods and snacks are provided for your use. The property also has a whole house backup generator in case of power failures. The property is best for adults.
It is only a ten minute drive to the welcoming main street of historic Woodstock with charming shops and restaurants.
Parking is in a dedicated area on the road, it is a 120 foot walk down a steep gravel path to the retreat. A wagon is provided to carry your bags. This property may not be a good fit for guests with mobility challenges.
