Starting the refrigerator was a hassle, just like getting into our room—the basics aren’t easy here. Regular towels weren’t even available. The toilet leaked and was so noisy it kept us up all night. We asked twice for our room to be cleaned, and it never happened. If this place wants to survive, the staff need to actually listen to their customers

Very friendly and accommodating staff. All exterior doors are locked between 11 pm and 6 am. We are night owls but had no problems with staff letting us in during early morning hours.

Never cleans Shower had a pile of hair in it at check in. Bathroom sink and mirror not clean. For a room that was for 4 people had two bath towels and one coffee cup. Air conditioner has two sitting freezing or so hot you couldn't be in the room. Frig made a loud noise and it wasn't clean at all. Went to take a shower and had no hot water. Guy at desk was rude to my daughter.

We were totally disappointed right from the start. We checked in on a Sunday night for two nights. There was no one to be found at the front desk and after pressing the buzzer we waited for 5 minutes for the worker to come out of a room. The hall stinks of having too much chemical put down on the carpet. We walked into a very cold room and discovered that the heater was unplugged. The ceiling on room 114 bathroom has mould. The cracks in the floor were dirty, the shower head sprays water all over the place and the sink was heavily chipped. The bathroom heating lamp timer didn't work either. We were on a business trip and I wished we would have stayed somewhere else. There is a pool on site but the area is taped off and sign saying pool is closed. The "free" breakfast is super skimpy as well. We had to again wait for someone when we wanted to check out. Either Wyndham is letting this property run down or they are short staffed. I will gladly pay more for a motel in another town than stay in this property the next time that I am travelling to this area.

Do not stay here. The staff was ungodly rude and disrespectful. Not to mention our bed had bedbugs in it. When I bright this to the managers attention he accused us of lying and refused a refund. My husband took him to the room and showed him the bugs and then he said we would get our refund. Still haven’t gotten a refund. If the guy would have talked to us calmly I wouldn’t be leaving such a bad review but he screamed as soon as he saw us at the front desk. This is not a safe place for kids to be as there was groups of men just hanging out in the parking lot. The bathroom was clean but everything needs updated. The sink was covered in hard water rust and the blankets were rough. The manager claimed the bed sheets would prevent the bedbugs from getting us so they didn’t have them. I highly do not recommend this hotel and will never be back to a location like this again. I will say tho that the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and nice to work with. However his “boss” was absolutely terrible.
