The room size was fantastic. Room very functional. Breakfast selections allow for healthy choices. Loved having such a complete gym. Staff friendly. Just perfect.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I expect the elite benefits your brand promises. This stay was a complete failure: No Complimentary Water: At check-in, I wasn’t offered the basic perk of free water. Missing $15 Food & Beverage Credit: I never received my credit. When I asked the front desk (Lilly, if that was accurate), I was told “sorry, lobby market purchases don’t count.” That’s not disclosed anywhere and feels like a bait-and-switch. Dismissive Service: Instead of fixing the issue, I got a shrug and an apology. No effort to make it right. This is not how you treat your most loyal guests. As a corporate traveller, experiences like this make me question why I should continue with Hilton. I am actively reviewing a full switch to Marriott for 2026.

I travel a lot. I am a pilot. Prior to booking my hotels, I always call the hotel, email and text. I always request a top floor, corner room, away from the elevator and ice machine and no roof top air conditioning units, above my room. Mark did a great job with fulfilling my requests, with the exception of the air conditioning units above my room. WOW, room 428 is almost not tolerable! The air conditioning units above the room are so loud it is hard to explain. The hotel was full for the first 2 nights of my stay and on the third, I did not get a real clear answer if room 202 was going to be an option. At that point, I just dealt with the noise. Thank goodness, I had earplugs! LOL! Overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained and in an area that was very nice, quiet and relaxing. Mark, Lilly and Amanda -who I believe is the general manager, were all very nice and receptive. Sabrina, was by far the most outgoing and helpful of everyone in the hotel. She was amazing with helping me find places to eat, recommendations and things to do. Great job! Thanks Sabrina. When I am back in town, I will likely stay here again but of course not in room 428 and likely not on the top floor. Ryan

New and updated property. Clean. No complaints other than would like there to be more double queen rooms. Staff friendly and helpful! Would recommend!

Very nice clean hotel with all the comforts
This hotel has a friendly, fantastic staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Room was like new, clean, comfortable, spacious and great mattress. Room had fridge, sink, dishware and all the amenities. Breakfast was great and coffee excellent! Perfect! Would stay here again in a minute!

Great Place To Stay
This was the first time my wife and I stayed at this location in Sheboygan and we would definitely be back. The hotel was extremely clean, the room was very well appointed, and the staff was very friendly. We definitely plan to return.
