Good location, awesome pay rate for the room, good cleanliness, friendly guests.
- Really wish the pool would have been open, as well as some kids channels on the TVs.

Pay the extra and stay across at the other hotel
The place is needing alot of work. Seems like the owner spends his funds on his Truck posted outside the door. There is no real breakfast. They start breakfast at 6 and the entire food is gone by 6:30 and there is no food left. The internet really sucks, the quality of the rooms is really lacking, there is bugs. The bed was large enough but the covers felt very dirty and as if they were damp. Room service is hard to get.

Guess you get what you pay for!!!
Went to breakfast at 750 and there were only waffles and a few yogurts. Counter was dirty. Small pillows were uncomfortable. AC very loud. Had 2 tv remotes, one didn’t work so should be removed. The one that did was very delayed in promoting tv. The TV guide was complicated and should block out channels that aren’t available so I don’t waste time selecting. People smoking around the door entrance.

Head the way 10 minutes on the check-in person to fix the Internet, but he was very polite and apologized. The property is very nice.

The room was clean and the entire place smelt so fresh. The guy at the front desk was so nice. And the best part is it was affordable. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the employees were so nice! The hotel is in need of renovations but they work hard to keep it clean! The pool wasn't working but the weather was terrible anyway ( very rainy ) ! The breakfast could be improved a little but we managed okay! We would stay there again especially if they could lower their rates a little,
