非常棒的體驗，一日三餐全包，小朋友玩的相對於在赫爾格達的酒店稍微少了一點，我們屬於純度假，所以海水項目沒有去體驗，不過有去諮詢過大概情況，餐廳在晚餐時間是禁止泳衣和拖鞋進去的，所以晚餐記得換衣服哦！吃的很豐富，但是適合中國人口味的不多，希望多一些中國菜！

I must write this excellent review,location is superb quiet but a taxi away from soho square and Nama bay,the hotel is spotless everything you need they will help,all the staff are fantastic ,from waiters,housekeeping,frount desk,always smiling! They work so hard in pleasing us .the food is outstanding they do everything you could want !fresh and so much flavour..cooking stations!buffett,dessert buffets,children’s buffet from hot to cold and low enough for them to see ❤️ Had a fantastic holiday … Just need more shops and more snacks ,and variety also like a chemist like basics . And please fridges colder in rooms ,we could also snorkel at the end of the jetty,restaurant had outstanding food too and staff brilliant too

Stayed here for the third time in just over a year . We will always return. I am extremely well travelled and this place ticks all the boxes for me . Everything has been covered in previous reviews but the thing that stands out for myself is that the hotel welcomes feedback to make sure issues are addressed . This time was different I secured my scuba diving qualification at home so I could enjoy the reef further. I experienced two shore dives with the Aquarius diving club with a professional dive master Omar .I have watched their professionalism over the years . All the staff at the hotel go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience but a special thanks to Ahmed the life guard on the jetty . He fixed my snorkel for me and assisted me to exit the water with my fins and camera . I always felt safe snorkelling out as I knew he would be keeping a watchful eye. My friends struggled out snorkelling back in the fast moving current and Ahmed demonstrated his rescue skills in an extremely professional manner . All back to safety . Thankyou .. Hope to be back in November 2026 .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and very comfortable. A special mention to Bassem from housekeeping and Mr. Nazih for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail they truly made me feel cared for. Their kindness and professionalism added a personal touch that made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Another amazing experience at this hotel which is why we return again and again! Special thanks to Ellie and the girls in the kids club who take amazing care of my son who has Special needs. Another shout out to Mahmoud, a fantastic new addition to the hotel, he offers free personal training sessions in the gym or is there just to guide you around the equipment, he was really friendly, knowledgeable and when there for two weeks all inclusive I needed the motivation he offered! Many thanks
