Very nice hotel located at the most beautiful street in Sharm el Sheikh - Soho. Room was comfortable. Staff helpful. Amazing coral. Very friendly entertainment team. During the day many sport activities and different shows in the evening. Definitely will back

Always a perfect holiday here 🩷 I've had an unforgettable experience at Island View! This is my third time returning here and I can say that this resort has become my second home. The sea, the beach, and the extremely attentive and friendly staff make every vacation a true escape. The coral reef is a magical place, where I had the chance to go diving and snorkeling and see Napoleon fish in their natural habitat. But what really makes the difference is the relaxing atmosphere and the staff who strive to make your vacation perfect. The friends l've made here are a special part of my experience. I highly recommend Island View to anyone looking for a dream vacation by the sea!

First time in Egypt ,and we had a nice experience. I can say that this rating is for the staff ,as I am an very experienced member in hospitality industry. The workers there are very friendly and are very ,very hard working on so high temperature climate. Most of them are doing all day long shifts as i noticed. Very big shout to Mohamed and Ahmed,from the buffet main restaurant, such attentive waiters , very friendly and hard working. He was always looking after all the guests and all time was in a rush to make sure that everyone has all what they need. Even if they didn't spoke English so good, we could understand each other. Thank you guys ,for looking after us every day . About the resort I can say that they need some renovation and I think they can do it because during 7 days as we stay ,was very busy and very crowded. We had the room 237 , was not a bad room but it was average . Very old shower with rust on the sides , the doors very old and noisy. The curtains very old fashion . Even if the maintenance and uplooking was very average ,their plus is that all the areas are very clean. So congratulations to your staff ,who are keeping this ,but they can sparkling clean everywhere, but the furniture they can not change it . The gardens ,playground, pools are very nice. The food was mainly good ,very tasty ,the chefs were great . But you can add some more fruits variety ( only melon ,apples and oranges , we could have bananas only 2 times in 7 days). You need some more variety . Here I had the best pie ever (I think feeter with vanilla was the name ) very good pie , cooked on the spot ,congratulations to the chef who was baking this amazing pie . Overall the experience was not bad , but it could be better. Many improvements can be done.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Island View Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below even the most basic expectations, and in my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards of a 2-star establishment. To begin with, the quality of the food was extremely poor. Meals were repetitive, lacked freshness, and showed little regard for hygiene. On several occasions, the food appeared to be either undercooked, overcooked, or simply reheated leftovers. This was disappointing and unacceptable. More concerning, however, was the rude and unprofessional behavior of several staff members. Rather than being helpful or welcoming, many were dismissive and impolite, creating an unpleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. The level of service was not only unhelpful—it was often outright disrespectful. Additionally, the condition of the room was far below acceptable standards. The furniture was dated, damaged, and in need of serious maintenance. Cleanliness and basic upkeep were clearly neglected, making the room uncomfortable and uninviting. Given the hotel’s advertised reputation, my experience was extremely disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take urgent action to address the poor service, unprofessional staff conduct, and lack of maintenance. Guests deserve much better.
