I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Island View Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations in several key areas, which I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Firstly, the quality of the food served throughout my stay was extremely poor. The meals lacked variety,and were repeated meal and not freshness, and basic hygiene standards. On multiple occasions, the food was either undercooked or overcooked, and in some cases, it appeared to be reheated leftovers. Secondly, I was very disappointed with the attitude and behavior of some of the hotel staff. I found many of them to be unhelpful, unfriendly, and at times even rude. Rather than providing assistance or support, their actions added to my frustration during the stay. Lastly, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The furniture was old, worn-out, and in many cases damaged. It was clear that the room had not been properly maintained, and it did not meet the basic standards of comfort and cleanliness that one would expect from a hotel of this category. This experience has left me very disappointed, especially considering the reputation and rating of your hotel. I sincerely hope you will take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve the quality of your services and facilities
