The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the reception service is very bad and uncooperative. We tried to change the room with them to no avail. Also the air conditioning is very bad. The minimum it can reach is 22.5. When I told them, they said that this is the minimum in the other rooms. This is completely illogical. In the end, they said that they will change it for you.

Worst place in sharm to be honest will never be back here.. room temperature was over 90 degrees (27c) and I’ve asked everyone to turn the air conditioner on and their response was “we save money in winter” it’s not winterfor me it’s still 90+ degrees.. also no hot water had to take cold showers and the place looked like a construction site.. staff was great management needs to be replaced asap… I will never be back.. spend your mkneh elsewhere this place is literally 2 starts they advertise as 5 but trust me they’re barely a motel
When I suggested to atleast get a fan they brought me a dusty fan without a plug just 2 wires (safety hazard) and told me to just use it.. I attached the pictures

Great beachfront hotel! !!!Amazing sea views, clean and new room after renovation, and super friendly staff. Loved the fresh seafood at the Malai restaurant and the peaceful vibe. Perfect for relaxation. Beautiful!!!! We will back soon

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel in agosto in 4, prenotando due camere separate (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi). Hotel recentemente rinnovato, molto bella la reception e anche le camere. Ci sono stati dei problemi con l’aria condizionata nelle camere, che risultavano essere sempre molto umide. Nonostante numerose richieste non sono mai state sistemate. Gli spazi comuni sono ben curati, bella la piscina principale e anche l’animazione. Le diverse spiagge si raggiungono tramite diverse strade/scale oppure con una navetta che viaggia tutto il giorno. Evento spiacevole il giorno della partenza, ci è stato tolto il braccialetto così non è stato possibile pranzare (volo previsto alle ore 20.00). Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato simpatia e sorrisi dalla gran parte dello staff e per questo ringraziamo per aver reso la nostra vacanza più bella. Nel complesso posto piacevole con spazio ad alcuni miglioramenti.

Settimana fantastica dal 14 al 21 Novembre. Villaggio molto bello, stanza più che discreta e pulita. Il mangiare buono (un po' speziato ma a me non dava fastidio) e in abbondanza. C'era di tutto addirittura il melograno sgranato, mai visto in decine di villaggio che ho fatto. Tutto il personale attento, gentilissimo con attenzione alla pulizia. Piscine belle e spiaggia discreta. Ottimissimo il servizio navetta all' interno del villaggio che ogni 15 minuti passava per portarti da su a giù e viceversa. Ottima vacanza senza dimenticare anche i giardinieri, gli autisti della navetta e quelli addetti alle pulizia. Grazie. Io ci ritorno e lo consiglio. P.s. non c'è animazione italiana però tanto relax.
