The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the reception service is very bad and uncooperative. We tried to change the room with them to no avail. Also the air conditioning is very bad. The minimum it can reach is 22.5. When I told them, they said that this is the minimum in the other rooms. This is completely illogical. In the end, they said that they will change it for you.

A very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. Worst place in sharm to be honest will never be back here.. room temperature was over 90 degrees (27c) and I’ve asked everyone to turn the air conditioner on and their response was “we save money in winter” it’s not winterfor me it’s still 90+ degrees.. also no hot water had to take cold showers and the place looked like a construction site.. staff was great management needs to be replaced asap… I will never be back.. spend your mkneh elsewhere this place is literally 2 starts they advertise as 5 but trust me they’re barely a motel
When I suggested to atleast get a fan they brought me a dusty fan without a plug just 2 wires (safety hazard) and told me to just use it.. I attached the pictures

Cominciamo dall’arrivo: mi rilasciano la chiave e non è attiva. Devo ritornare ben due volte alla reception!!! La pulizia delle camere é molto superficiale e non mi hanno mai messo gli asciugamani puliti. Probabilmente perché non lasciavo mance!! Se ti lamenti, ti ridono in faccia. Ma questo è tipico degli egiziani che deridono il turista. L’animazione era basica, ma a questo giro era meglio così perché volevo rilassarmi. Il cibo era abbastanza buono, molto speziato, ma alla fine si sopravvive (una settimana non di più). Il punto forte è il mare e la spiaggia sulla roccia con vista isola. Davvero rilassante e suggestivo.

I'm never one to put reviews or complain about anything but this is the hotel of nightmares, we booked this as a little get away with the kids for a nice relaxing break, it was anything but relaxing, we paid for a room upgrade before arrival sea view ect when arriving they took us to a very small room with 3 single beds (family of 4) when talking to the reception staff they insisted we had to pay another £350 ontop for an upgrade or we stay in the room they gave us even tho we had paid for the upgrade prior, they wouldn't take no for an answer & there English was very poor. We paid to keep the peace & then got moved, once going down to the pool our safe was broken into & the staff had ransacked our whole safe' nothing was stolen YET' we signed to say everything was in our safe & they forcefully said we had to pay them £100 which we declined, fast forward 4 weeks myself & my husbands bank accounts have been tampered into with our passports & bank cards we had in our safe. Luckily they didn't managed to have anything & I have now changed everything, the food here was the worst all inclusive food we've ever had we all suffered with food poisoning & I had witnessed the staff cleaning the floor and then putting the mop into the oven to clean the oven out & and food straight in afterwards, if your looking for a relaxing stay please avoid this place you get haggled to death even just relaxing by the pool I got stopped 8 times in 1 hour, this is the most unsafe I've ever felt, the staff are so miserable, they are theives and we are extremely unhappy, they are extremely money crazy & if your a women you will not be left alone.
