Hotel in the Hadaba area. Good reef. Average food, not all dishes are good and always uneaten for lunch turns into a new dish for dinner. However, in general you will not go hungry. Old rooms, vintage furniture, a bathtub repainted several times, but everything will be clean. There is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There are no slippers, robes, toothbrushes and toothpaste. But the Mango Market is a 10-minute walk away.
In the lobby at the reception there is an ATM where you can exchange dollars and euros for Egyptian pounds at a good bank rate. Next to the ATM is a taxi and transfer desk - to the Old Market $ 3, to the airport $ 15 per car.
Large, green, blooming and well-kept territory.
Excellent attitude of the staff and a clean sea pull the hotel to a confident 4 *. But nothing more.
The main pool and surrounding area are under renovation for several more months.

I just came back from a stay at Safir Sharm Waterfalls, and let me tell you, it’s one for the memory books. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by greenery everywhere—honestly, I thought I’d accidentally checked into a botanical garden! The views from my room? Let’s just say my phone is now 90% photos of sunsets and palm trees. If you need Instagram content, this place is a goldmine. But the real highlight? The staff. I don’t know if they run on coffee or pure kindness, but every single person I met was genuinely helpful and always smiling. There was this one morning I got lost on the way to breakfast (don’t judge me, it’s a big place!), and a team member didn’t just give directions—they walked me all the way there, cracking jokes the whole time. I felt more like a guest in someone’s home than a customer at a hotel. Of course, like anywhere, there were a couple of things that could use a little refresh. Maybe the décor is starting to show its age here and there, but honestly, it just made the place feel lived-in and cozy, like your favorite sweater. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and always something new to try. Housekeeping kept everything spotless (I’d love to know their secret), and every day felt easy and relaxed. If you’re looking for a getaway with beautiful views, a friendly team, and more greenery than you can shake a selfie stick at, Safir Sharm Waterfalls is the place. I left with a full stomach, a camera roll of memories, and the feeling that I’d made a few new friends along the way. Can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is nice but there are no games for children in the swimming pool and the bathrooms in the rooms need maintenance

Excellent experience and no more needed from a Hotel .. Large rooms .. Heated pools .. Pools are filled from Sea water so it is much better than normal water .. Staff is extra friendly .. Great food taste and variety .. Rocky beach .. Animation team is amazing with entertaining daily night show after dinner

The room is not clean, the AC functioned poorly ( we were sweating all night long ) the telephone does not have a line and the staff is super rude. They ruined our vacation. Shame !!!!

A very nice hotel, super nice staff, especially: Mohammed at guest relations, check-in reception colleague on 08.07.25, Gorge at sea security. All super helpful at dissolving issues and hospital. Super nice and professional colleagues from Diving centre (Ali) and Fitness Centre (Mohammed, Ahmed)

И так решила написать честный отзыв Начну с хорошего: Интернет — реально работает везде, даже на пляже, ловит без проблем. Это приятно, особенно если хочется поработать или просто посидеть в телефоне. В номере всё есть: кондиционер, телевизор, сейф, шампунь, мыло, полотенца чистые, бельё свежее. Воду приносят каждый день. Убирают нормально, иногда даже украшают кровать лепестками — мило. Персонал старается. Особенно если оставить немного чаевых — видно, что стараются ещё больше. Приятный бонус — они очень любят шоколад «Алёнка». Подарил — и сразу отношение тёплое, улыбаются, помогают охотно. Теперь о минусах: В отеле ремонтируют главный бассейн. Шум, техника, пыль — не критично, но приятно, конечно, мало. Можно закрыть глаза, но всё равно чувствуешь, что «что-то не так». Но главная проблема — стройка рядом. Она реально мешает. С 8 утра до 7 вечера каждый день: грохот, экскаваторы, отбойники, грузовики. Если номер выходит на эту сторону — спать или просто отдохнуть в тишине не получится. Даже на пляже этот шум слышен. Заселение. Почти у всех одна история: не вложил 10–50 долларов в паспорт — получаешь номер с видом на стройку. Зато если бумажка в паспорте есть — о чудо! Оказывается, был свободен отличный номер! Ребята на ресепшене даже не скрывают: кто не платит — живёт «по стандарту». Кто платит — живёт «по человечьи». И это не случайность, это система. Гость без купюры не гость, а просто бронь на ногах. Честно, неприятно. Это сильно портит впечатление, особенно в начале отдыха. Видно, что администрация всё знает и ничего с этим не делает. Пляж — супер. Есть заход с берега и два пантона. Один поновее, другой уже немного уставший, но нормальный. Море чистое, риф живой, рыб много. Лежаки у воды быстро занимают, но чуть дальше почти всегда есть свободные. Питание: Завтраки понравились — сытные, есть выбор. Обед и ужин — на любителя. Есть из чего выбрать, но без восторга. десертов много — если любите сладкое, понравится. Комары! Вечером прям наваливаются. Лучше взять с собой что-нибудь от них. В целом: Если повезёт с номером и не обращать внимания на стройку — отдых может быть неплохой. Море классное, пляж отличный, персонал старается. Но заселение за деньги и постоянный шум — большой минус.
