如實評價，這家民宿有幾個優點: 1、床單被套乾淨，聞起來有淡淡的洗衣液的味道，很清新；2、服務態度很好，阿姨和小哥都很熱情；3、沒有異味，雖然是一樓，但是空氣還蠻好的；4、可以選早餐，十元一位，有雞蛋饅頭麪條稀飯，在景區屬於挺好的了；5、位置離故居蠻近的，步行可達。有但是也有幾個問題1、門有點問題，門縫太大了，可以看到外面，外面也能看到裏面，私隱欠佳，建議加個簾子；2、比較吵，一方面是硬件隔音不太好，另一方面是人為因素，可能是阿姨吧、早上七點不到就在大堂刷短視頻、外放聲音很大，直接吵得睡不着，説實話有點過分了，本來出來休假就想睡到自然醒慢節奏遊玩，這下直接休息不好，開民宿也得注意一下聲音大小吧，孩子早上上學、喊孩起床這到是可以理解，但外放短視頻不合適，給阿姨整個耳機吧！3、馬桶墊有點舊了，背面發黴，洗漱台也建議刷刷污漬；4、投影儀的紅燈，人躺在床上會直接照臉，熄燈後一睜眼就看到紅燈，建議貼個貼紙遮一下……望改進

酒店太棒了，房間環境整潔舒適，乾淨衞生，晚上美美的睡一覺，清晨起床感受田園風光，空氣特別清晰，離景區三五分鐘就到了，穿過菜園子散散步就到了，老闆一家都特別熱情，這邊交通不方便，還專程接送我們，一路上介紹了景區的路線及注意事項，晚上我們看了最憶韶山沖的演出，找老闆還能買到優惠票哦，這次帶孩子來韶山體驗感特別棒，推薦給大家，祝老闆生意興隆，財源廣進，非常感謝您對我的幫助😁

乾淨，乾濕分離，中央空調製冷效果好（農家樂還沒見過）。離各景區都衹有幾百米，院壩晾衣服方便。巴適！韶山沖的水稻寧人欣慰。毛主席是我們心中永不落的太陽！

就是家庭民宿，兩層小樓，房間還可以，就是衞生間比較簡陋，老闆和老闆娘人特別好，我還借用廚房做了一頓飯，用人家的材料自己炒的菜，煮了店主給的據説是毛爺爺生日村裡統一發的長壽麪，最後給人家結賬才收了五十塊錢！院裏可以洗衣服，停車也方便，去毛澤東故居和銅像廣場非常近，步行就可以
