HanTing Hotel (Shaoguan Wujiang Renminzhengfu)

I stayed at the Hanting Hotel at the Wujiang District People's Government from May 22nd to 3rd, 2025. Overall, my experience was positive. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the experience was above average. I would like to especially commend and thank the hotel's front desk staff, Yin Zhiwei. He was very responsive and able to address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly. After I found a room card and returned it to the front desk, I inquired about breakfast. Mr. Yin promptly checked my room type, understood my availability, and provided a complimentary breakfast. He is proactive, conscientious, and proactive in understanding and providing personalized service and attention, which made my stay even more enjoyable. When delivering my belongings, he always used both hands, smiled, and spoke politely, demonstrating genuine respect and attentive service. His service attitude is on par with, and even better than, that of star-rated hotels, fully complying with hotel industry standards. In addition, a female staff member on the 11:00 AM shift on May 23rd was unable to depart as planned due to weather conditions. When I was about to check out, I contacted the front desk staff, who understood the situation and offered to register a late check-out for me. 商務出差訂在這邊的，房間很不錯，住的很舒適，早餐也還可以，還有儲存櫃免費暫存行李，真的很值得點讚了～周邊交通出行都很方便，離韶關站車程也就20分鐘以內，下次來還住這邊
