玥海五棟二樓。是海景房，樓層低，房內好臭，應該是樓層低，廁所返味。剛到時安排了一間樓道邊的房間，好簡陋。後邊前台姐姐按我訂房的意願換了本來定好新中式風格。退房晚了一點才退房，前台也沒有態度不好。

小朋友們玩的很開心，整體體驗感都挺好，前台很積極幫我們處理問題，下樓就是海灘下去玩很方便，樓下也有很多飯店和小攤，交通也很方便樓下有很多電動車有需要可以掃碼租車，不過我們的房間樓層比較低晚上會有些吵，樓下夜市的音響剛好就在我們房間旁邊有點吵，晚上樓上發出有類似拖椅子等的噪音

連續三年每年年底都來一次汕尾，這是第一次預訂這家公寓，住的房間在玥海五棟六樓，辦理入住還覺得咋給我安排這麼矮（實際店家最高就是六樓）🌚，進去後發現視野也很好，無任何遮擋，房間也很大很乾凈，前台也是服務態度很好很熱情，希望老闆看到可以給他們加雞腿🍗下次還有來汕尾一定還會預訂你們家。

房間裏衞生很乾凈 住着也很舒適 陽台就能看到沙灘 最重要的是離沙灘也近！！！下樓走2分鐘差不多那樣子就到了 前台的小哥哥小姐姐也很熱情 有什麼需要第一時間會送過來 體驗感真的很好！！！下次來還是選擇這裏！！！

前台的工作人員特別特別親切，辦理入住時，細緻地介紹酒店設施還有周邊好吃的店，東西也都是用一次性的非常乾淨整潔，房間還有配備茶具和茶葉，好感度直接拉滿！
