客服管家的服務態度很好，公寓位置很好，下樓就是沙灘，品質對得起這個價格！性價比很高！洗漱用品配的很齊全，浴巾是一次性的，用着很放心，這個房型景觀是側面海景，晚上坐在陽台上吹風真的太愜意了😊

極度失望，不會再入住！
- 和網上相片差太遠，實物非常失望
- 房間環境污糟，床上天花板嚴重滴水
- 露台的浴缸破爛，完全不能使用
- 廚房水龍頭鬆脫，用起來很不方便
- 廁所非常污糟，清潔程度極差
- 房間內有好多雜物，感覺很混亂
- 反映後雖然安排換房並聲稱upgrade，但新房間依然很骯髒
- 床邊有明顯污漬，令人難以入睡
- 房間的投影幕壞掉，不能升降及使用
- 清潔人員態度敷衍，在房內大聲講電話，毫無專業
- 投訴後酒店只送了兩杯咖啡道歉，但咖啡其實只是有丁點咖啡味的水，極難飲
- 整體服務及設施遠低於預期，和宣傳完全不符
總結：
不推薦這間酒店，設施殘舊、衛生差、服務態度亦很差，建議大家三思再訂！
