服務：客服小曾熱心為我們升級房間，還送早餐券，有什麼需要，馬上就過來處理

酒店地理位置優越，下樓就是沙灘大海，還有卡丁車小童樂園，酒店員工服務熱情周到，房間寬闊面朝大海，是親子旅行的最佳選擇。汕尾的海灘乾淨沙也很細，非常值得再來的海邊度假勝地。

服務態度很好，小童室內室外遊樂設施都很齊全，滑梯、海洋球、抓娃娃機都有。出門就是沙灘，房間也很寬敞。需要提升：
1、門軸該上潤滑油了，聲音刺耳。
2、樓層電梯口垃圾桶清理不及時。

前台小曾服務很熱情，我們預訂的含早餐還有晚餐都挺滿意的，房間也很好很乾凈，泳池也還行，泳池的水稍微有點涼，海景非常不錯，風景很好，出來外面散步很舒服
