景色巨美，躺床上能看到日出。房間特別乾淨舒適，各種細節都很周到，老闆很為客人着想。出行也很方便，樓下有超市、有生鮮店、有餐飲店、有小吃街。步行幾分鐘到沙灘，旁邊就是網紅小火車、水上項目，各種遊玩設施非常齊全。

一、入住前：端午節家人準備出行汕尾，從攜程點評上看到評價很不錯，就沒有直接諮詢店家，直接下訂。出發前2天加了店家老闆微信，店家陸續提供了1、端午節的汕頭城區的龍舟活動（端午上午趕不到，但是很貼心）；2、周邊的遊玩攻略（適合自駕和打車，風車島、遮浪街道南海觀音景區等）；3、詳細入住地址和室內外實景圖；4、停車指引以及實景圖（很方便，地下停車場停一天封頂12元）；5、到海灘的方式和注意事項（樓下也可以在老闆家茶葉店水龍頭沖洗沙子，事實證明很方便）。
二、入住時：地下停車場電梯直上樓層，等電梯不會太漫長（沒有那麼多常住人口，我推測）。自助密碼進房，挺整潔，應該是一房一廳户型改的2房，這樣挺大的陽台就當廳和陽台了，陽台上視角不錯，看海景和遠觀汕頭城區景，物品挺齊全（小童用花露水、洗衣液、電磁爐、冷藏冷凍冰箱、牙膏牙刷、馬桶墊、消毒過的毛巾浴巾、大瓶的沐浴露洗髮水、垃圾袋.....）。如果有小孩一起，家長可以入住前強化安全教育，因為陽台和大門外的走道欄桿不會太高。
三、入住中：小桌子上還有提示，周邊可以用餐的地方等等。還是挺安靜的，在房子裏沒有被蚊子咬過。房東還安排補充了一次瓶裝水。去汕尾城區駕車20分鐘（紅綠燈多）。早茶推薦去觀海酒樓，挺不錯。
四、入住後：離開時候，和房東説一聲，就可以了，自行離店，也挺方便。

丈母孃有潔癖 一直很擔心房間衞生不行 沒想到來到房間 丈母孃直接五星好評 洗手間 陽台 廚房都換奈斯 到沙灘上玩了一下 因為廚房很乾凈 直接買回來自己在公寓加工 小孩也玩得很開心 值得一提是老闆服務態度很好 推薦了很多地方去玩 一直提醒小孩在海邊注意安全！心暖暖的 謝謝老闆🥰
