1） Not recommended for elderly need climb stairs up/down for bed n toilet.
2） Room has no clothes dryer.
3）Rooms rate at rmb550 is not value for money. Trip.com indicated Double beds can accommodate three guests but really cannot sleep three pax on a double bed- hotel need charge rmb200/night for extra bed/room.
4) Bed has squeaky sound every time i turn around.
5) My wife killed a small cockroach refer photo- scaring my daughter.
6) This morning 04.30hrs my wife heard someone open our door unsuccessfully - lucky we have security chain. Very shocking experience We all stay awake after that fearing another attempt to break in.

Had a fantastic stay! The rooms were good , the staff was friendly. Loved the convenient location view. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

很差。這是我們第二次入住，去年住的時候可能因為剛開業，所有硬件還尚可，這次入住，感覺實在太差。首先一開門，已看見有蟑螂在地上走，然後廁所供應的廁紙只有很少，電話打給前台沒人接聽，來回三次前台，第一次想要多一點廁所紙巾，前台回答說沒有，要明天才有，令人很無語。第二及第三次是因為房間內的風筒，用2秒就停止，第一個應該是已經燒毁了。換了一個給我，我拿回房間使用，只能用2分鐘，就會關掉，然後要再等10分鐘，才能再次開啟使用。以這樣的價錢，實在不值得住這。最後，浴室內的水龍頭的掛件，是爛的，總之感覺就很差。

賓至如歸的感覺！前台小姐姐很熱情周到，看到我們母子三人到店'定的是大床房，主動問候我們是否需要加多一床被子很暖心！初來乍到轉了幾圈才找到停車場入口還有酒店前台，還主動給我們免費升級了豪華大床房非常感動！

這趟回去汕尾刷新了印象。酒店服務很到位，基本有求必應。配套設施都用的比較好的材料。價格合理。下次有機會會再住這裏。對面就是品清湖，很好的環境。
