Good room and service is ok

The hotel is in a good location, with many delicious restaurants nearby. The front desk service attitude is very good, the room I stayed in is quiet, and it is equipped with a bathtub. The room is large and the experience is good. The breakfast is a bit simple, I hope it can be richer.

Let me tell you why I gave it a one-star rating: 1. The room was very unhygienic, the sofa was dirty, and the carpet at the entrance was also dirty! 2. Before booking the room, I made a note not to stay next to the elevator, but when I went back at night, I found that the elevator was only separated from my room by a wall! 3. The transportation is extremely inconvenient! If you don’t drive or charter a car, I don’t recommend staying here. I couldn’t get a taxi even after booking a taxi on four or five platforms! It’s inconvenient to go out, and I couldn’t get a taxi back!

Overall it's OK, except that the sound insulation is a bit poor. I stayed for a while during the National Day holiday, and I chose this store again this time. The staff in the store have a very good attitude and will take the initiative to say hello. I especially like the short-haired auntie. She has a very good attitude and is very kind. I can't remember her name tag, I just remember that she is from Jiangsu and has short hair. The auntie is really super nice and kind, just like a family member. I hope the boss will praise the auntie after seeing her. She is really very good. The night before, she learned from the communication that I would take a flight home the next day. She saw that I hadn't come downstairs yet, so she went upstairs to see me and wanted to treat me to breakfast, but the car I booked to go to the airport arrived and it was too late. After expressing my gratitude, the auntie sent me to the 7th floor. I really like that auntie. I didn't meet her twice after I stayed there. I don't know if that auntie no longer works there. If she still does, I hope we can meet again if we have the chance.

As soon as I drove to the hotel, the security lady came over to direct the car and helped with the luggage, which was very nice.
