Rundown place, going through renovations. Very bad breakfast. Needs lots of cleaning.

The room is dirty, the water heater is noisy, preventing people from sleeping, and the staff could not help.

Nice spacious room. Got the free upgrade so that always helps. The front desk staff were super helpful. And bar staff kept me well lubricated.

Had a wonderful stay at Sintesa Residence Bali! The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests. The residence is also conveniently located, close to many attractions and dining options. Overall, I highly recommend Sintesa Residence Bali for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bali.

Liked everything about the place! Good location, easy to get around

Big room, quite place, nice view from high floor. But the hotel was not fully open, some rooms look likes no one stay-feels stay alone lol..

Huge hotel. Very friendly reception guy ! Don’t remember his name . Breakfast is not as we expect ire, really poor choices. But hotel is nice . Room is big and look gorgeous and clean . Thank you for good service! Love it!

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel, more like 3-star. No graceful amenities in this hotel. The lobby was huge with beautiful Bali culture, was happy with checking in this “luxury hotel “ but when stepped in the elevator somehow I changed my mind… Very dark and old and rusted elevator, was wondering is that a 5-star hotel supposed to be? And then the door opened, there’s a common area with broken glass walls, full of abandoned furniture in the area. Room was dark, even with all the lights on. But it’s spacious enough. (I am not sure if they settled the water temperature but the water was not hot at all, just warm water. (So I asked for change the room because the aircon with very annoying operating sounds, thanks for the help, although it’s been waiting for over an hour) I understand they might be lacking the manpower. The gym and wellness centre are closed for like over 10 years, swimming pool is dirty, water is not clear. Was exploring the hotel, and found out that only small part of the hotel is open for guests, most of them are closed or abandoned like in those zombie movie. Breakfast buffet was very limited options, and poor quality (veggies were not washed properly) and breakfast is open from 6:30am to 11am, but food was already empty around 8am… But the location was not too bad, it’s quiet, and stuff was nice and very friendly. I know we got what we paid. But using those outdated photos ( I can see in the beginning they might be a nice luxury 5-star level) is still a misleading, or fraud statement. They should downgraded to 3-star hotel, or do something to improve the quality.

We checked in early and the nice and very friendly stuff upgraded us to a better category with bathtub. We had the swimming pool for ourselves with new cozy towels after swimming. The hotel have a bar also with Pool Billard and karaoke station. The Madames at the checkin desk are very friendly and helps whenever you ask for something. We had a very nice stay! Very quiet hotel. Only seen maybe 5 other guests in a week. The photos don’t match the bathroom. I was most excited for the bathroom..it was still fine just not what expected(see photos with mould etc). Also very dark rooms ( which I liked) but not big windows with sun like you see in the picture. Also no washing up equipment etc for dishes in the one bed room residence.No cleaning service or new towels or toilet paper etc. I guess you have to buy yourself. For the price you could find something else with more perks. Definitely needs some TLC but still nice. Rent a bike from JACKY rental about 10 mins away. Good and trustworthy

Super happy to stay here. staff was wonderful, room was spacious, pool very big and the good thing is they have a superb rooftop where we can spend our time watching the sun goes down. Definitely will come back, thx Sintesa
