Best Shantou Hotels

Good customer service ! Cleanliness ! Spaces is good size for couple . One thing disappointed , no refriguator in room . So far so good . Cannot book hotel ground transport for pick up from station to hotel if oversea traveller , better to provide WeChat contact when make reservation at home . There is no WeChat contact on the website too .

The hotel is in the suburbs, a little off the beaten track, but the service is good, there is a pick-up service, and the facilities are quite complete. The toilet leaked on the second day, but it was OK after communicating with the front desk. I forgot to take the facial cleanser on the day I left, so I called the front desk to help me find it.

I went to Mayu Island with my two families and chose this beachfront homestay online. The overall design style is simple and elegant, with white as the main color. Environment: The environment has nothing to say, the surrounding is very comfortable, there is a balcony There are English singing and dancing performances and other programs during the Spring Festival. The hotel service is very good, especially Chen Lanxiang at the front desk (if it wasn't for her, I probably wouldn't have booked here), five-star praise, very patient explanation from booking to check-in, the hotel is not in the city center, and I also recommended nearby ones very considerately Beaches and museums (both free attractions). This is the only wild luxury tent homestay on the island [strong] What touched me most was that I couldn’t find a place to print the test paper everywhere when I went back to my hometown. I came to the hotel and asked the housekeeper to help print it. There are hundreds of printable content including answers. The housekeeper prints and binds it and puts it in the file bag and sends it to me. It doesn’t charge any money. I am easy to be infected by these small emotional objects. 🥰 Geographical position Just at the entrance of the South China Sea, the 270° floor-to-ceiling windows of the whole living room are all facing the sea; when you come to the bedroom, you can see that the floor-to-ceiling windows continue to the side of the bathtub are also facing the sea. The hotel I chose randomly brought me the biggest surprise: I happened to run into the local folk activity of welcoming Mazu in Dahao! I heard that there will be various programs of all sizes during the Spring Festival, which will be even more lively! And there is a Chaoshan Ceramic Art Museum in the hotel. The master introduced the historical background and significance of ceramic culture, including the status and communication role of ceramics in ancient times, and the different crafts of ceramics. The art museum has rich exhibits and detailed explanations. This hotel is very suitable for friends who are interested in art. There are also many art treasures privately collected by the hotel owner in the lobby, which are elegant and unique. The service attitude of the employees is very considerate and the smile is kind. It feels particularly good!

It was my first time to visit Shantou. Although the time was short, I always paid attention to accommodation every time I went out. After all, a day's rest should be done in a comfortable environment. This homestay is really good, with a super convenient location, good hardware facilities, friendly service attitude, and home-made stewed soup at night, which is very filling. Each room has a small yard, and it is very pleasant to enjoy coffee outside when the weather is good. Because of the itinerary, I specially discussed with the housekeeper to delay check-out, and he agreed very readily, which was very considerate. I will stay here again next time.

The place is damn awesome!!! And the boss is really caring & friendly. I gave him alot of trouble since the first day i booked but he still manage to keep up his good service toward us. We came here without doing alot of homework and he introduce us a lot of nice food nearby the homestay. Even helped us order food for supper. Where can we get the services like him at other place? Probably will book again if i got the chance to go for secong time 慢下来 去生活！！ P.S. did not manage to get a lot of photo coz it is raining!

There is sunny in the middle of summer. I finally came to the Gold Coast of China. ～ My friend said that I don’t want to plan the tour. I just go out and see the sea while I’m talking about it. It’s really good. The day I come to Shantou is to go shopping and eat. It’s really comfortable. 😌😌
