The room was way beyond our expectations. It was outstanding, clean and the service was perfect.  It was rather cheap considering all the features the room had.
It looked exactly like the photos when we booked it on Trip. When we arrived there were a lot of welcoming snacks. The room had its own laundry machine. The toilet had a lot of functionalities that you can try! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled so good. 
Breakfast was diversified and good of quality.
There was enough space for a hallway, which was useful to store our suitcases. 
The location was perfect, just around ten minutes away from Tianfu square which is quite central for travelling around Chengdu!!
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again for another trip!

The hotel is located next to Chenglong Avenue in Damen Street, with convenient transportation and parking. The hotel has good interior decoration, high degree of intelligent facilities and equipment, good attitude of service staff, clean and hygienic rooms, reasonable layout, and high security by swiping cards to get on the elevator. Ironing and laundry equipment are especially provided, which is very considerate, and the service staff also sent welcome fruits. Breakfast is on the 6th floor, with rich and varied varieties and good taste. Check-out is efficient and portable, and I will definitely patronize if I have the chance.

Facilities: Average, especially the toilet seat in the bathroom does not match the toilet seat. A heavy person will fall off quickly when sitting on it. The details are not taken seriously, which makes the guests feel cautious. If it is really broken, they have to pay compensation.

A total of 5 twin rooms were booked. Due to the check-out problem of the previous guest, the front desk upgraded the room. The upgrade was very good, but one of the rooms had to wait for almost 2 hours to check in. The front desk urged but to no avail. They didn't come to clean at all. I passed by the room many times but no aunt came to clean it. Although I can understand that there were many guests on May 1st, it was the first time I saw that the room was not cleaned after checking out. I have stayed in S Hotel several times. Huizhou Hotel was originally great this time, but it was a bit of a bad experience because of this. The front desk was not particularly active in handling the problem. They all said that there were many people on May 1st holiday, but they didn't feel sorry. But such a big hotel should not have experienced many people on May 1st and October 1st... How can it be justified that the speed can't keep up? The breakfast is very rich. It's the first time I have encountered fresh rice noodle rolls... Except for the front desk and the cleaning aunt, which need to be improved... I am very satisfied with everything else. The location, transportation, and facilities are all very good. There is a washing machine directly in the room...
