客棧很有特色，火坑挺暖和，設施挺齊全的，住起來很舒服，有一種東北老家的感覺，老闆人也很熱情，服務很到位，介紹了很多遊玩項目，玩的很開心，非常滿意

一下火車就有他家車接送，老闆非常客氣，在他們家訂的滑雪票滑雪服都便宜很多，還儘量滿足我們要求，早餐的小菜也可口，都是老闆自家醃製的泡菜，很贊！總之，來亞布力滑雪，基本老闆家都能一站式解決問題，後來我們去雪鄉，也是老闆幫忙找的包車，司機師傅一路停車讓我們拍照，服務很周到很熱情推薦

獨自旅行，訂了火炕雙人間，房內乾淨，穿上房內的花棉祆，暖和方便。聽房東建議火炕定在10度，温暖舒適，3天都睡得很熟。周邊環境安靜，適合好好休息。滑雪回來，房東都會問想吃什麼，幾點吃，然後準備好後來叫我。來回雪場房東每天免費接送，並幫我訂比網上價優惠的滑雪票。從亞布力西站到山莊，房東接送需收費。總體體驗好，性價比高。
