The hotel was really nice, the room was clean and spacious !
However be careful, the location on trip is not accurate and can lead to some difficulties finding the hotel ! It is quite far from the ski lifts but no problem since the hotel offers free lift and pick up there which is very nice! Make also sure what ski pass you pay since the lifts are only accessible if you pay for the right pass. If you want to do more than one track, don’t take the cheap option!

They were very helpful and accommodating. They answered our questions and were very patient with us because we don't know Mandarin.

It is a really nice place and the staffs there are so nice and accommodating. Can rent ski clothes and gloves helmet and all there too.

房間很乾凈 床品也舒服 在這塊算很不錯了 房間也很暖和直接穿短袖都可以 樓下就有雪服店 店裡還有優惠票 直接選好穿着就去滑雪了 老闆還給我們接送 很方便 一點都不用操心

房間很乾凈 跟朋友三個人 這個房型太適合了 三張獨立小床 強烈推薦入住 離雪場很近 店裡還有雪服 第二天的早餐也好吃 服務也很好 基本有求必應 去西站老闆還能幫忙叫車 下次來還選這家

跟家裡人到了比較晚了 非常乾淨，老闆還幫我聯繫了接站 位置也很方便 離西站南站都不遠，這個價格住到了別墅 很實惠，別墅後面是山林風景很好，店裡還有滑雪服，老闆還可以幫忙訂票，第二天的早餐也好吃，大家都很熱情 服務也很好，住得很舒服真心推薦！性價比太高了！！
