The hotel will help you book tickets for hot springs and skiing, which is cheaper than buying directly online. You can also help you book a taxi for places far away such as the station. A special butler group is arranged. If you have any questions, you can consult and communicate with the butler directly in the group. The feedback is fast. I placed an order alone and didn’t worry about anything. It was a great stay experience.
