An extra gaming room?!!!

It is very close to Dukezong Ancient Town and you can walk there. There are many restaurants around, just on the side of the road, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel feels a bit old, and the facilities are a bit old, but overall it is OK.

I basically won't comment. It's really a bad experience. The network card was disconnected. I asked the hotel to deal with it. I told the front desk at 10 o'clock. They said they would deal with it. After 40 minutes, no one came to deal with it. We ran to the front desk ourselves, but there was still no one. After half a day, they said they went to count the linens, and then said they would wait for the maintenance. They came and worked for more than an hour, but they didn't fix it. They kept us waiting, and there was no explanation. I contacted the front desk on WeChat, but they didn't even say sorry. We had to ask for a refund. We stayed for three days. The man found a place to play games. There was basically no problem with the computer, so he didn't say anything. The problem was that the computer was stuck and didn't deal with it. Your attitude and hygiene are not good. The sink is black. On the first day, one of the gaming chairs was broken. I sat down on it and nearly fell. I told the front desk, but it took dozens of minutes for them to come back. Finally, a repairman came and repaired it for more than ten minutes and said it couldn't be fixed. I asked if we could get one from the empty room next door, but he ignored me and insisted that we wait in the room to get it fixed. In the end, it wasn't fixed, so they left the chair in the room and left. I had no choice but to tell the front desk lady again, and she went to get us one. Then yesterday, the takeaway we ordered didn't have chopsticks, so I asked the front desk, and they said they didn't have any, and it was not their fault, as it was normal for a hotel to not have chopsticks. Today, my computer didn't work, and it took them another 2 hours to fix it, and they didn't even say sorry. It's really stupid.
